Race 1 - NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) BEVANS CULLEN N has been pacing just evenly down at Philly but his last two local starts were solid; if Siegelman can keep him close enough to the action he's got a big chance. (1) SOHO LEVIATHAN N has been a non-entity in his last few but that was facing arguably better at The Big M; Vallee expects to aggressive handle this one from the best post. (5) ALEPPO HANOVER gets needed class relief and a slightly better post.

Race 2 - NW17500 in last 5 starts Trot

(7) MOSTINTERESTINGMAN takes a needed drop in class and despite facing some tough ones from an outside post he seems more than capable here and may offer some value. (2) NEW HEAVEN finally broke through into the win column versus lesser; sharp sort will be a contender. (8) OBRIGADO was a powerful winner in his local return but the classmaster has to overcome the worst post.

Race 3 - NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(6) BEAST MODE has just one win over the last two years but he returns with some class relief facing a questionable field; Brennan drives. (1) TITANIUM N may try taking this field down the road coming off an effective qualifier. (4) SANTAFE'S COACH just missed at this level last time for Lachance.

Race 4 - NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) BLUEBIRD RECON gets needed class relief and the Abbatiello trainee pops up with a big effort from time to time. (1) KEYSTONE HONOR has been very consistent of late and he returns from Pocono with the best post; veteran has always raced well over this surface. (4) FAST ON THE DRAW was a ground-saving third here versus better three back and the Temming trainee seems capable of landing a good share.

Race 5 - NW17500 in last 5 starts Pace

(5) IDEAL JIMMY finally put it all together last out with a sharp wire-to-wire score and the Erv Miller trainee is clearly capable of stringing some big efforts together. (4) SPRINGSTEEN has had issues over this track in the past but that was when he was younger (and in a different barn). Pelling trainee looms the one to beat here. (1) ART HISTORY lacks the current class of others here but he's been sharp versus lesser; perhaps he can save ground for a minor award.

Race 6 - NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(3) ON THE VIRG dropped and popped last out; Stafford trainee can use his speed to his advantage to set up a winning trip here. (1) VAGUE TRACES certainly is logical here starting from the best post for Brennan/DiDomenico but he's disappointed here in the past. (2) MILLIONDOLLARWAVE takes a needed drop in class and draws well; shows more tonight?

Race 7 - Preferred Handicap Trot

(5) STORMY KROMER has been on an incredible run and he'll look to go wire-to-wire here for his fifth straight. (6) KENZIESKY HANOVER has been solid in all recent starts across the river without a win to show for it and he should land a nice piece here with smooth sailing. (4) MELADY'S MONET gets to draw for a better post tonight and can be more involved.

Race 8 - Open Pace

(3) NONE BETTOR A makes his first local seasonal start after chasing some of the best pacers in the land over at The Meadowlands and he lands a decent enough post in this open draw; I would expect him to be aggressively put on the front end. (4) AMERICAN MERCURY has been too far back to seriously threaten in his two races after getting a late start to his 2020 season; post relief will keep him closer. (1) MICKY GEE N exploded past the field last week as we know he's capable of doing; obviously he's talented enough to repeat but may be a bit overbet.

Race 9 - NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) IMAROCNROLLEGEND N has toured a few different tracks recently but he lands back at Yonkers for Team Bongiorno in a spot where he should do serious damage. (4) SOMEBADDUDE showed some improvement last out at Philly and he gets Bartlett for his return looking to complete a chalky exacta. (1) WINDSONG JACK is facing better here but draws best and can save ground to land a share.
