Race 1: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) LUCKY ARTIST A returned to Siegelman in the bike and finished with plenty of pace to make it close. Ageless wonder lands in a similar spot tonight and hopefully she can lay close enough to the pace to reach late. (3) DANDY'S MERCY tripped out with a nice win at Pocono and returns locally into a pretty live spot. (1) MAYBEMABEL steps up in class off the claim after two recent dominating performances.

Race 2: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot
(6) BO SILAS recently returned to wearing the hobbles and put in a couple of decent efforts at Tioga; Jenny Melander trainee finds a soft spot in his Yonkers return. (3) SOUTHSIDE BAR was last seen at YR finishing second in the Amateur final and he was a good second last week at The Meadowlands. (7) KASHA V fits perfectly with these but needs to overcome another poor draw.
Race 3: F&M NW8362 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) CERISE RAINBOW A was a strong winner in her North American debut then was scratched sick in a follow-up event at Pocono. Engblom import is off almost a month but I'm not going to let that scare me off of her. (3) PROMISING MOMENT drops in class and figures to be more involved from this spot. (4) TRUE BLUE HANOVER dropped to this level last week and left from the eight hole at a huge price, ended up in the pocket and finished third; again?
Race 4: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot
(2) CLASSICAL JANE recently moved into the Burke barn and has been much improved; mare now ships east into Yonkers and as usual I trust Burke's classification skills so I expect her to fit well here. (3) SCUDO HANOVER returns from a stay at Pocono and was a winner from a similar spot the last time we saw him. (8) K J TITLE has been tearing it up at Monticello and set a 1:55 1/5 life mark in his latest so the connections give her a shot at Yonkers. Welcome back...here's the eight hole!
Race 5: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot
(3) OLIVER THE GREAT has raced well here in the past and draws a good post in this competitive affair where a case can be made for practically all of them. He's 0 for 17 on the season but has been second or third nine times so with a little racing luck he can return a nice price. (1) COMMODUS A was an odds-on winner here two back and still fits at this level; dangerous. (4) HOT FLASH KIMMY steps up off a brush-and-crush score last week.
Race 6: F&M NW12281 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) COACHELLABOUND N is back in the winning groove as she steps up again looking for three straight. I wouldn't be surprised if this classy mare worked her way back up to the top level. (3) FEAR DIANE ships in from Ohio off a winning qualifier at Scioto and she joins the Alexander barn. 4YO looks to make an impact right away. (8) BECKONING YANKEE also arrives from Scioto and enters the Lance Hudson barn. This 4YO mare picks up Holland and will be a huge price; worth a look.
Race 7: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot
(1) CREDIT TO FRANK steps up off a strong win last week and the Burke trainee lands the rail in a shaky field. Not much of a price but he looks the best. (4) MAHONE SEELSTER broke last start but his prior efforts facing better have been decent. Bako trainee has over $100K earned already this year so the class is there. (2) HAND DOVER DAN was a winner in a Monti qualifier after a brief vacation and he finished third in his last two pari-mutuel races.
Race 8: F&M NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) POST PAINTER N is the latest import from Down Under, this one for the Lachance barn, and she likes to win at 11 for 36 lifetime. Tough to gauge that qualifier against an overmatched pacer and a trotter but I'm confident she's ready for action. She's thrown right into the fire against a decent field, however. Of the locals, (2) SHEER ARTISTRY N is the most logical as she's been sharp and was a fast-closing second last out for the Bako barn. (6) LOOKSLIKEDIAMONDS A steps up off an odds-on win for Team Tritton.

Race 9: F&M NW32501 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) WORKLIFEBALANCE was away third from the rail in last week's Invite and chased evenly from there to hit the board. 4YO Noel Daley trainee faces a little bit softer in here and I think she'll be handled a bit more aggressively. (3) SEASIDE DIVA also comes from the Invite where she's always competitive, especially from inside posts. Burke trainee just needs a smooth trip. (5) STAYINGWITHTHEWIND hit the board in three of her last four tries at the top level and she gets a new driver with Kakaley picking up the assignment; 15/1 ML.
Race 10: $15,000 Claiming Pace
(2) SHINE A LIGHT is back in the Bako barn after the $15K reclaim and he's won his last three for these connections. Winning machine for multiple barns is off three weeks but maybe that's a good thing as he's gone a lot of hard miles recently. (6) ROSE RUN ASTRO has finished second in both starts after moving to the Estrada barn. (5) ARTIST BEST had no chance from the eight hole up in class last start, was a winner the start prior.
