2026 MEET STATS: 82 - 230 / $451.69 (-$8.31) BEST BETS: 15 - 23 / $47.78 (+$1.78) BEST BET: LOUIES GIRL N (5th) SPOT PLAY: HAT TRICK MARLEAU (10th) Race 1: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot (8) ULTION FACE S broke before the start in his last try out of the eight hole but he since qualified back in a wicked 1:54 4/5 and he faces softer here; another chance for top connections. (3) DRIBBLING BI has been much-improved in his last couple and he's got plenty of class. (7) ORDAINED returns to Yonkers from the top levels at Saratoga and the Stalbaum trainee gets Gingras as a catch driver tonight. Should be a healthy price. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace (2) CHANCEOFLIGHTNING looks to be regaining that form that made her plenty of money as a youngster and a similar effort to her last win will make her tough to beat here. (3) OVER ICE employed speed tactics in her last few at Pocono and she gets Bartlett for her local return and figures to be moving forward early. (4) MACHS LEGACY A moves from $25K claimers to this class off a few just "even" efforts of late; she can land a piece with smooth sailing. Race 3: F&M NW10271 in last 5 starts Pace (1) TH RIZZO has been a severe money-burner in her last three as she's failed to finish off her miles so the first instinct would be to try to beat her at her even-money ML but she faces such a sluggish field here that I think she'll hold them all off. (2) BRONX MIXER moves back inside and will be close throughout. (8) REMY BROWN N gets the worst of the draw but she was a winner last week at The Meadowlands with Lasix added and may have more to offer. Race 4: F&M NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace (2) NILA MAREE N has been near-perfect since arriving for the Engblom barn from Down-under and though she gets a class test tonight I think she's fast enough. (1) MISS PERIGNON N has been good all season and looms as the main threat going for a second straight. (7) FRONT PAGE STORY is clearly the most accomplished in here and she was nailed by a Stakes-caliber rival in her last race. Problem is the post but if Lachance can get her on or near the front then she's a major threat. Race 5: MGM Ursula McIntyre F&M Pacing Series Leg #2 (6) LOUIES GIRL N is perfect through seven races since arriving and her round-one win may have been the most impressive yet. Tough to go against despite drawing outside her main competition. (3) ROCKET DEO entered the series on the strength of three qualifiers and an Invite win but was no match for the top one; she does have a post edge tonight. (4) ALWAYS BSTUNNING N finished willingly for third in her local debut, proving she may belong with this upper echelon of mares. Race 6: MGM Ursula McIntyre F&M Pacing Series Leg #2 I have to believe that (4) WALKIN ON SUNSHINE will be able to make the lead which gives her a legit chance to dominate these. (1) SEASIDE DIVA was a nice winner in round one and will have her work cut out for her when looking to repeat. (2) ACUSHLA MACRHEE N had little to offer last week and is still winless in 2026 but she is reunited with Bartlett, who won with her the last two times he drove. Race 7: MGM Ursula McIntyre F&M Pacing Series Leg #2 (1) COASTAL BABE N was able to take control in the early stages last week in round one then rated comfortably from there to win. Recent import for the Bako barn draws the rail again with another major tactical edge. (5) FEARLESS GINGER wasn't a factor upon arrival and loses Gingras to the top choice. Catch-driving Zeron has a midpack post and a spot where pushing off the gate hard looks like an attainable strategy; maybe she finds the pocket. (7) AARDIE B MIKI N was second best to #1 in round one and is at a disadvantage again with the outside draw. Race 8: MGM Ursula McIntyre F&M Pacing Series Leg #2 (3) BATH BOMB faltered on the front end despite cutting favorable fractions last week but it was her first start since last November so maybe the Engblom trainee will be tighter this time around. Andrew McCarthy drives again. (5) TICK A LOCH A was the upset play last week and finds a tougher spot tonight but she's done nothing wrong since arriving for the Chris Height barn and she deserves respect. Stratton gets the drive with Kakaley opting for #6. (1) HUNTRESS has missed time but did successfully qualify twice at The Meadowlands; will she be a little short? [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot (1) KAYS IN CHARGE is another potential short price on tonight's card but she's raced very well since adding Lasix and draws the rail against a suspect field. (5) NYMERIA also recently added Lasix and has been much better over her last four starts for the Alexander barn. (2) WALKWHILEYOURTALKN gets a major class test after beating a NW lifetime field. Race 10: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot (6) HAT TRICK MARLEAU isn't a prolific winner but he's a consistent veteran and faces a softer field on the dropdown; he should be a contender here at a decent price. (3) IRA WHO broke in his first local try on the barn change to Engblom but he raced better last week at Pocono and now gets Bartlett in the bike. (1) THE THING IS has been in arguably tougher races so the move to this class and the rail draw makes him one of the favorites by default.
