Race 1: NW6541 in last 5 starts Trot
(2) HUNTING AS has had a series of poor posts recently so the move inside and the drop in class make him quite logical. Gelding was a winner when last at this level. (1) NO DRAMA PLEASE has failed to make any impact in four seasonal starts but last week at The Meadowlands looked like a step in the right direction; gets Bartlett and the rail. (4) STREET GOSSIP has speed and back class to call upon but he's been underachieving all year.

Race 2: F&M NW30191 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) GOLDEN QUEST N was forced to rough it first-over into a rated pace last week and held respectably; tonight maybe she picks up cover from one of her four rivals and can kick home best, or maybe Kakaley tries firing with the veteran. Either way she's getting paid, as is everyone in here! (3) MISS CHANTILLY N has really picked up her game over at The Meadowlands and was a winner in her last Yonkers try, albeit against lesser. (2) TWIN B SUNKISSED sat and was never a factor in last week's five-horse extravaganza. Maybe Gingras can be more aggressive here and step over the rail horse to set up a live trip.

Race 3: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(5) UPTOWN HANOVER had no realistic chance in her last two but now gets some post improvement and drops back to the level of her last win; Cullipher trainee gets Gingras catch-driving tonight. (1) MAGICAL MAYA A raced well here three back for Stalbaum and she returns in a spot where she can utilize her early speed. (3) FAVORITE BEACH has hit the board in her last four and was a winner two back; Engblom trainee is a logical contender.
Race 4: F&M NW20001 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) PEMBROKE SOUTHIE fired down the road and never had an anxious moment when in an easy spot last week; Bongiorno trainee has been razor-sharp since returning from a layoff and may be ready to tackle tougher. (1) LUCKY ARTIST A had been going well prior to last week's race but she draws the rail again and is classy enough to rebound. (7) FORGOT THEWALLET A got off to a poor start to her U.S. career here in two starts back in February but she's been sizzling over at Pocono and picks up Bartlett in her local return; fires out?
Race 5: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot
(3) PC FREE WHEELING parlayed a perfect stalking trip into a win last week and the Garcia-Herrera trainee certainly has the back class to repeat stepping up a notch. (1) THE LAST CHAPTER has been disappointing but he still remains a threat to go wire to wire. (2) TORRONE broke here two back but scored last out at Philly.
Race 6: F&M NW11001 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) FOND MEMORIES A is another Stalbaum shipper who will likely fit well here and gets the services of the catch-driving Mark Macdonald. I'll take a shot. (7) IN THE SPOTLIGHT N makes just her second start of the season but the mare has had success at Yonkers in the past facing better than what she meets here; worth considering with Bartlett returning in the bike. (4) ROCKN PHILLY picked up a win against lesser last week and she can repeat, but is usually overbet.
Race 7: NW15181 in last 5 starts Trot
(4) ON HIGHER GROUND has gotten progressively better through his three starts coming off the bench and it seems like the Bongiorno trainee is ready to break through in a big way. (2) VINNY DE VIE could not get there last week at 1/5; price goes up tonight. (3) MAX is a steady sort who can hit the ticket with a clean trip.

Race 8: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) VENIER HANOVER moves all the way inside off two no-luck trips and we've seen this veteran reel off big winning miles in the past. (3) JIMMY CONNOR B successfully dropped and popped last out and finished second from a similar spot the start prior. (2) DIAMONDBEACH threw in one of his occasional breaks last week but he jogged against lesser two back and he's got back class.
Race 9: NW5281 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) UP THE CREEK was a good second last week and now he drops to the lowest conditioned level. I suspect Joe B. will be pushing hard trying to get separation on rival (3) THE REAL ONE. The latter makes his third start as a 14YO after finishing decently last out. Classmaster gets a sentimental vote and we'll see if he can run down the speed. (4) THREE IN HEAVEN was empty last week at The Big M but he's had good moments on the smaller track.
