2026 MEET STATS: 30 - 100 / $149.26 (-$50.74) BEST BETS: 6 - 10 / $17.42 (-$2.58) BEST BET: COACHELLABOUND N (6th) SPOT PLAY: ALWAYS A STORY (4th) Race 1: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot (5) NO DRAMA PLEASE returns to Yonkers for his third seasonal start and the 10YO veteran has had plenty of success here over the years; Holland is back driving and doesn't face the strongest field. I gave a look to (2) INCANTATION last week at a big price but she failed to get involved. Mare drops to the basement and moves inside. (7) PAYBACK MONI disappointed at very short odds in his barn and local debut; better price looming tonight if staying on board. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot (3) KASHA V was a winner three back with the hobbles added then failed to make an impact in his last two at this level when drawn poor posts; veteran moves inside and will be more involved. (5) THE LAST CHAPTER has had a long and prosperous career, especially at Yonkers, and he can still leave the gate, which usually sets him up well. Notable driver change to Stratton. (4) AIRMANS JACKPOT finished with plenty last week against a notch softer; Lachance trainee likes to finish in the top three. Race 3: F&M NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) TH RIZZO jogged last out against age-restricted foes with second-time Lasix. Engblom trainee deserves top billing again, especially with Bartlett in the bike again. (6) LAURIE LEE has plenty of back class and her last two have been really good. (3) WORKLIFEBALANCE is still looking to find the right spot as a 4YO after her big sophomore season for Noel Daley; this is a minor drop in class. Race 4: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot (2) ALWAYS A STORY has had trouble staying flat recently but he has ability evidenced by that recent qualifier and he trotted a clean race last week. Bako trainee moves inside and could be ready for a more aggressive attempt. (7) HIGH SPEED SWAN debuts locally for the Dilloian, Jr. barn after some good efforts on the bigger track; Bartlett drives and will very likely be moving forward off the gate. (4) CANTSTOP YANKEE debuts for new connections off the $40K claim and he's been second best in his last two. Race 5: NW7901 in last 5 starts Trot (1) VINNY DE VIE moves all the way back inside and the classy vet will have an opportunity to take these wire to wire. (4) PISCES RISING won upon arrival for the Burke barn and will likely have to go faster in order to repeat. (2) MON AMOUR almost pulled off the shocker last week after leaving from the eight hole and needs to be respected with the class drop and move inside. Race 6: F&M NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) COACHELLABOUND N is still searching for a win as it's been a while but she's loaded with class and from this midpack post I'm expecting Holland to get more aggressive early. (1) SHEER ARTISTRY N drops back down in class, draws the rail, picks up the leading driver but needs to show more late. (5) MY RED SEA has been stuck at the top level since December (where she was a winner) and she banked almost $200K in 2025 so the talent is there; needs a trip. Race 7: F&M NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace (3) JORDANNA HANOVER has gotten her aged career off to a good start as the now 4YO has a win and a second in two tries at The Meadowlands; Fanning trainee should be a good fit here. (4) MISS DOTTIE MAE is a proven veteran over this surface and she does have some early speed. (7) MIGHTHAVTIME N had missed some time coming into her last start with a sick scratch but it didn't matter as she dominated that field. Alexander trainee faces better from a poor post but if she repeats that effort she can land a nice piece. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8: NW10000 in last 5 starts Trot (3) FARAH TRIO IT broke two starts back at Pocono and in two 2025 Yonkers starts she broke both times but her effort here three back was the easiest kind of win. Bartlett drove that night and is back in the bike here. (4) LUCKY MUM N has been okay recently and takes a needed drop in class. (1) RITSON dropped and popped last week; three back she was second best at this level. Race 9: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace (6) EUPHORIA N was far back in last week's qualifier but it was a 1:53 1/5 mile and the veteran has had a long and reasonably successful local history. Vallee trainee was a winner when last at this bottom conditioned level. (2) BONNIPRINCLOUIS N makes his debut for the Engblom after a run with the Burke Brigade and finds a very favorable spot; short price looming, however. (8) HP MOMENTUM rallied well from off the pace last week. Does Holland take a shot blasting from the gate tonight? I think it's possible.
