BEST BET: MAN DONTFORGET ME (9th)
SPOT PLAY: FADE OUT (2nd)
Race 1: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot
(1) MYCROWNMYKINGDOM gets major post relief in his second start after returning to Yonkers and though you have to go way back to the end of 2022 to see something positive from him that was a dominating win at the $50K claiming level. Perhaps he can wake up against this dull field. (5) FULL RIGHTS has some back class and Buter has won with him in the past. (2) STICK WITH ME KID has speed, a good post and the leading driver; veteran is logical here, but the logical one usually offers little value.

Race 2: F&M NW11413 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) FADE OUT dropped and popped from the eight hole last week in a sharp mile; Cullipher trainee is back facing somewhat better but is clearly seems sharp enough to repeat. (7) TALLCHIEF HANOVER returns to Yonkers and the filly was racing well here with Bartlett driving. Engblom trainee has left the gate from the outside in the past and may be ignored in the wagering. (1) JIVE DANCING A has been disappointing of late and now drops in class again looking to awaken.

Race 3: F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) SPITTING IMAGE hasn't had the best of trips recently but she's been okay in those efforts. Garcia-Herrera trainee draws a bit better and is in a live spot to work out win #2 on the season. (3) LARJON LEAH is a camera-shy type but she's facing easier now and I like Holland getting the drive. (6) AMERICAN TICKET missed a nose last start in a much-improved effort and she can potentially make noise here with a good setup.
Race 4: F&M NW21726 in last 5 starts Pace
(2) EASY TO PLEASE looks to be rounding into form after a slow start to her season and she finds a good spot where Stratton can either take command or sit a live stalking trip (perhaps behind #6). (6) SILK CLOUD A looked home free two back but completely fell apart late but last week there was no such issue as she jogged. Pete Tritton import basically gets a free ride in this class and Brennan drives again. (3) OKINAWA BEACH A took the money last week and delivered with an off-the-pace score. She steps back up a notch and can land a nice piece.
Race 5: $25,000 Claiming Pace
(1) PRESTIGE SEELSTER was a close second from a similar spot two back and managed to work out a small piece on the class hike last out; gelding is back at the $25K level and lands inside of this competitive field. (4) COLD CREEK FELIPE has hit the board in his last eight tries and the consistent gelding must be considered. (2) ITALIAN DELIGHT N hasn't done much in two return starts coming off the lengthy layoff but he gets needed post improvement and Bartlett is back driving.
Race 6: NW15751 in last 5 starts Trot
(5) MISSISSIPPI STORM closed well for second at a price last out and while he may not be an Open-caliber horse anymore he's still a quality trotter and should find a way to get it done. (1) B MEDITHREE gets to land inside by qualifying for the secondary money-earned condition and with his speed he'll be up close throughout. (8) DELAYED HANOVER was Stratton's choice over #7, who he's had plenty of success with. Can he get involved?
Race 7: F&M NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace
(4) CASIE'S BELIEVER raced pretty well in her local return now with Chindano, and she's done okay at Yonkers in the past. Mare could be a smooth trip away from upsetting and I'll include her. (3) DRAGONS LUCKY LADY was a winner from a similar spot two back and now Bartlett returns. She's probably the one to beat, but may also be overbet. (1) BETTERB CHEVRON N gets needed post relief and definitely can be considered from the rail.
Race 8: F&M Open Pace
(1) COACHELLABOUND N stepped up to the top level last week and responded by rolling by from off the pace to take her eighth straight at Yonkers. Facing only four rivals here from the rail again Holland has options on how he wants to setup the trip. (2) KARMA SEELSTER had as much pace as anyone in last week's Open but she was boxed in the pocket. She had been going pretty well prior to that race. (4) DRAMA ACT was aggressively hustled to the front and almost lasted. Classy Burke trainee can never be counted out, though I always seem to guess wrong with her.

Race 9: F&M NW33961 in last 5 starts Pace
(3) MAN DONTFORGET ME drops back down a notch and her win two back came at this level. Mare gets Bartlett to drive tonight from a spot where she can be sent to the front. (4) LIT DE ROSE is always right there around the wire, but doesn't always win. As long as she's close enough in the late stages she'll be in the photo again. (1) LUCKY ARTIST A was bottomed out in her last race which was three weeks ago and seems far removed from her glory days earlier this year, but she's still super-classy and capable.
Race 10: F&M NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace
(1) SMOOTH DEBATE N has been right there recently with better than she faces tonight and from the rail I'm looking for Steve Smith to get aggressive with the import and have her on the lead. (4) OURLITTLEMIRACLE hasn't done much for these connections after being claimed for $50K but she plunges in class and gets the leading driver. (2) CASH ROLL has quietly had a nice season with close to $65K banked.
