Race 1: $12,500 Claiming Pace

(5) GYPSY LEATHER continues to get claimed week after week despite not being in top form but the speedy veteran meets a very soft field tonight and should be put in play from the outset. (2) PANTHEON HANOVER exits the amateur ranks at The Meadowlands and picks up Siegelman; he didn't fare well when last at Yonkers but that was against better. The 0 for 26 on the season is a bit concerning, however. (7) CINNABAR DRAGON goes for Garcia-Herrera now off the claim and would probably be one of the top choices here if not for the poor post.

Race 2: 3&4YO $30,000 Claiming Pace

(1) SAILBOAT HANOVER continues to be erratic, as he was bumpy floating out from the eight hole last week before pulling up with broken equipment. If he gets away in good order he will be very tough to beat. (5) MY WISH CAME TRUE took some money last week, closed well; shows speed tonight in a race lacking it? (4) FOLLOW YOUR HEART moves back into this class after being taken out of a $20K claimer and he keeps his regular driver Kakaley.

Race 3: $15,000 Claiming Pace

(6) NORTHERN SPORTSMAN gave way on the front end in his last two starts but I think he's better from off the pace, where he'll be tonight. He stays at the same level off the Godinez claim and meets nothing special; 20/1 ML. (2) MACH TIME N takes a needed drop in class, draws well and has a license to improve. (5) MCNULTY Z TAM had decent speed at both ends last week from a similar spot.

Race 4: $20,000 Claiming Pace

(3) MAJOR BUCKS had no chance last week but was reclaimed by the insanely-hot Jared Bako barn while drawing much better; veteran looks like the one to beat. (4) IT'SGOODTOBEDAKING dropped and popped last week and also was claimed by DiDomenico; he's back up a notch in price and picks up Brennan. (1) RANSOM DEMAND is tough to make a case for on top but he should work out a live trip from the rail.

Race 5: $20,000 Claiming Pace

(2) IN SPADES was a decent second last start from a similar spot for the Devita barn; gelding is very logical here but also just 1 for 24 on the season. (1) WAVES OF FIRE A has been rock-solid in three starts since the $12,500 claim by Annunziata. (4) BEVANS CULLEN N was just even last week and it seems he should have more to offer; he too has a poor win record with zero wins over the last two seasons.

Race 6: $20,000 Claiming Pace

(1) FAST ON THE DRAW was taken by the Bako barn recently for $12,500 and put in back-to-back huge winning efforts; he's up in class again now going for Dowse, who also has had his share of live stock recently. (3) BUSH MAN N never seemed like a serious threat last week but he was only beaten half a length when all was said and done; he's been a steady earner for Stafford since arriving at Yonkers.

Race 7: $25,000 Claiming Pace

(6) HASH TAG SWAG has faltered on the front end in his last three but the Jenn Bongiorno trainee drops a level in class tonight and that could be enough to get him home. (3) WESTERN HILL goes back to DiDomenico and was a winner for this barn from a similar spot two back. (5) DAVIDS COMING HOME has clearly tailed off in his last couple, also done no favors by outside posts. Former low-level claimer double-drops to the $25K class and should be moving late.

Race 8: $40,000 Claiming Pace

(2) PICARD A was reclaimed by Milici after one disastrous start for different connections and he qualified back fine but then had trouble reaching from the eight hole. Move inside should get him back on the right track. (5) CHANGE STRIDE N has been solid for multiple barns over the last few months; veteran is back with DiDomenico looking for two straight. (4) OZONE BLUE CHIP seems to be a tad over his head at this level but he's raced well in his last two at big prices.

Race 9: $40,000 Claiming Pace

(5) MAJOR CROCKER A has really found his stride in his last few and now he bumps up in class off the Cory Stratton claim going for three straight; brother Jordan's choice over the Gillis trainee. (1) TREASURE MACH is sure to attract plenty of attention off the Team Bongiorno claim. (6) SPORTSKEEPER has raced well in two starts for Devita but he's drawn outside his main rivals.

Race 10: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace

(2) KEPT UNDER WRAPS A was second best from a similar spot three back and he lands a rare inside post tonight; I'm confident the veteran will be primed for a top effort. (3) ARCANE SEELSTER has really found his stride for the Milici barn and he bumps up looking to take another. (6) FINE DIAMOND went a tough parked-out trip in his latest and he drops in class again looking to regain the form that led to his $100K bankroll this season.
