Yes This Time goes last to first in taking English Channel

Yes This Time was last early before making a long and sustained move to win the $75,000 English Channel for 3-year-olds at Gulfstream Park on Saturday.
Sent off as the favorite in the 10-horse field, he paid $5.60 for his three-quarter-length victory over King of Dreams, who set the pace in the 1 1/16-mile race contested over turf rated good.
The final time was 1:41.52.
With Edwin Gonzalez riding, Yes This Time settled early and had one horse beat when King of Dreams posted a half-mile time of 48.10 seconds. Without a lot of urging, he started to make his presence known approaching the stretch turn, went five-wide while making a strong move around the turn, and wore down King of Dreams.
King of Dreams was game in defeat. He responded when challenged by the winner midstretch, but gave way late. Kartano came from a stalking position to finish third.
