Race 1
(2) JENNAS DELIGHT drops back to face maidens and she moves inside here. She could prove tough to beat on the class drop. (7) AMBERS SHADOW raced well in her only start here and Hudon will likely get more aggressive this time. I'll use her in the Pick 5. (4) RENDEZVOUS HANOVER is 0 for 25, but she can share vs. these. (5) KAOTIC is a three-time winner out of town and while she'll need to be faster here, she isn't out of this.
Race 2
(1) LEAN HANOVER meets a field he should beat here; no excuses. (3) PINK PISTOL may be the only one fast enough to give the choice a tussle down the lane. I'll use her in the Pick 5 also. (4) BUZZ plays the classification game well and wins when he should, but these are tougher, and a small share is likely for him this time. (8) ST JAMES GATE is in good form and he should be closing from the back to take another slice here.
Race 3
(1) OK ICEMAN raced okay off the O' Sullivan claim last week, and he may capitalize on some dueling here. (8) LISVINNIE brings his 'A' game almost every week and he's impossible to leave him out the way he has been racing. (3) SURF REPORT made a brief threatening move first up around the final turn last week and he has some longshot appeal here off that effort. (5) JIMMY BE GOOD is best used underneath most days; small share predicted.
Race 4
(7) BIG KIZ looked a winner last week until a rival came flying down the far outside like he was shot out of a cannon. This is a good spot for him to graduate. (2) MILLENIUM SEELSTER was buried most of that race. He can give a better accounting here. (9) SILAS SEELSTER will likely get sent by Hudon here, which gives him a puncher's chance at beating these. (6) PASSIONATE PRINCE comes off a good closing effort and he isn't out of this, but he has had a few chances already.
Race 5
(2) SO NOT COOL comes off two sharp runner-up finishes, losing to the same classy horse twice. He gets the nod and he likely won't be chalk here. (3) INTERNATIONAL MONI is obviously the fastest and classiest horse when he is anywhere close to his best, but the vet scratch and time off make him a bit of a question mark in this spot. (1) CATCH THE DREAM drops and he must be considered racing against these; using. (8) BIG RICH will likely be on or near the lead early then stick around for a share.
Race 6
(9) FOOL ME AGAIN didn't fare well in the Whenyouwishuponastar final but check out her final quarters in her previous three starts. If she's in range at the 3/4 pole, she should beat these. (1) CINDERELLA DELIGHT is likely the one to beat coming off a Grassroots win and starting from the inside. (6) RUE HANOVER has three decent tries on her card and it shouldn't be long before she converts a good effort into a win. (5) LOVES DELIGHT is a good one to use underneath in this spot with her solid tactical speed.
Race 7
(2) BETTER THAN CASH sat a trip then powered away to score a nice win last week. These shouldn't be much tougher; call to repeat. (3) LOUD SPLASH absolutely flew down the centre of the track to pass them all last week, but she did zero work for the first 7/8 of a mile and she will likely get overbet off the visual of her motoring by that field. I'll use her in the Pick 4 but hope to beat her. (1) TWIN B WATCHING takes a big drop here and she must be considered in this spot. (4) BEACH MEADOWS had a decent opener when pounded at the windows. Use her underneath here.
Race 8
(8) JAKE should have no trouble handling this group if he can stay flat. He gets his regular driver back here which may help. (2) CRESURREY is interesting to me at a price making his fourth start back and moving inside. He can be dangerous if he leaves hard this time. (6) APRIL ROSE is in solid form and she can get brave on the lead sometimes if she is allowed to clear; consider for exotics. (3) CASH FOR GOLD drops back to a level where he should take at least a slice.
Race 9
(2) BRONX SEELSTER is the best in here, but this is a tricky race with a small purse compared to what most of these colts will be racing for in their next starts. (3) KEYSTONE CONCRETE has done little wrong so far and he is sure to be a speed threat. (4) DO YA THINK is another who races well every week that should be in the thick of the chase here. (6) CAPTAIN NASH might find a couple of these too tough, unless he is left alone on the lead which sometimes happens in these types of races.
Race 10
(9) DEWEYKEEPUMNWHY was a winner last time he raced in this class and that angle's good enough for me in a race where I have no solid opinion. (5) AMOREUSE HANOVER can use her good early speed to get a trip and she could pounce late. (2) TALBOTCREEK SUZIE makes sense racing off the Johnson claim, but she needs to stay flat. (1) TOUCHDOWN AS is durable - having raced four times in two weeks before this start. He can share here. (6) DOTTIE is another who tries hard every week and she should be closing for a slice in this spot.
