Race 1
(5) CHIEF JUSTICE and (2) CRUZE ON OVER both come back quickly after good efforts in this class on Friday night. I'll side with the former who had a tougher trip. (3) DONATO LANE has raced okay in both starts and he can be a threat here if Filion gets him a spot near the front, which is likely. (4) MISS ADAM T is likely one of the better ones in here, but her gait issues are worrisome. I'll be four-deep in the Pick 5 here.
Race 2
(3) FIREDBYLINDIE faces easier here, and while she may get overbet off her 1:57 4/5 time at The Meadows, she should be right there if she stays flat. (6) ROSE RUN UNCLEBUCK improved in his second start and if he gets sent off the gate here, he could work out a great trip; using. (4) ALL WRAPPED UP lands in a soft enough spot that he should contend at first asking here. (5) AROUND TOWN led in a Gold race for 3/4 of the mile. He's another that is in with a shot in this small but contentious field.
Race 3
(1) ODDS ON ST LUCIE was impressive at first asking and she stands a good chance of repeating here. (2) ABERDEEN SEELSTER comes off a strong maiden win, too and this could boil down to a two-horse race late. (8) SOFT WIND HANOVER already has a Grassroots win, then a couple of less-than-ideal trips. She's not out of this and she'll likely be an overlay. (6) TEAL HANOVER was 2nd to the filly picked second here two starts back and she could make the ticket at a price here.
Race 4
(6) CASH FOR GOLD drops back down here into a good spot to notch his first win of the campaign; slight nod. (7) BIG RICH should also be formidable racing at this level; using. (3) ST JAMES GATE has found his best form recently and he should be able to work out a decent trip here. He's another I'll use on multi-race tickets. (2) HEAD TURNING JAG is usually in the thick of it and will likely take a closing approach here and come late for a share.
Race 5
(4) CAPTAIN KOINE was 2nd to one of the top colts on the grounds two back before unsuccessfully trying the sires stakes down south. He fits well here and gets top call. (2) TIME TO DANCE - a $60K Harrisburg buy - qualified well enough to make him a contender at first asking here. (3) QUATRAIN BLUE CHIP raced better vs. some good colts last time and he is a threat to go all the way here. (6) SPORTS JACKET - a $30K London Select Sale purchase - finished well in his line qualifier and he can grab a slice here.
Race 6
(2) LINDY THE GREAT had an impossible trip facing the best in the Cashman now he lands in a spot vs. a group he should handle; top call. (3) MAJESTIC PRESENCE won at this level three starts back and she's in with an upset chance here likely racing from close range. (9) DIA MONDE adds Lasix and drops, but I'll play to beat him from out there. (8) APRIL ROSE is in solid form and she should be the first leader here and she can stick around to make the ticket.
Race 7
(8) UNDEFIABLE made two moves in a sharp effort last time and I'll go price shopping with her here in a race where she may be an overlay vs. (3) KEY WEST who is an obvious contender but may get over bet off her quick final quarters. (5) TALL DRINK HANOVER flew home to win her leg of this series last time and she is another in with a shot here. (2) DEB figures to get a decent trip near the lead and she can stay for a share.
Race 8
(5) INTERNATIONAL MONI has had a disappointing season so far, but this is a good spot for him to get off the schneid; slight nod. (6) DANCER HALL never misses the exacta and he is an obvious use here. (4) DUNBAR HALL is capable, too and check out his kickers the past two starts. (1) B YOYO is in solid form, but a smaller share should be his ceiling here.
Race 9
(5) CHARMBO ORBIT was used too hard, too early last time. A slightly easier trip should make him tough here. (6) LISVINNIE had no shot with the trip he got last time. He can bounce back here. (7) THINK ON IT can set the pace again here, but I'm not sure he can last the route. (4) JIMMY BE GOOD is a good one to use underneath as he figures to land on the edges again here.
Race 10
(5) JUSTJENNYSLIBERTY looks as good as any in this seemingly wide-open finale. She gets a very slight nod. (9) TWIN B TIPSTER finished with some interest in her debut and it wouldn't be surprising to see her put into the race this time. (7) SPORTJET RAY's race two back would make her a contender in this softer spot. (4) WALTZING WITH TINA has only raced in Gold company to this point. She's another who could turn things around quickly in this spot. (8) RHYTHM SEELSTER was decent enough two starts back to think that she could hit the High-5 ticket here.
