(4) MISTER OF ALL is the only two-time winner in this field and his last race was good; slight nod in the opener of a tricky card. (5) JUDGE KEN makes his third start back and he is capable vs. this group; using. (6) CHEATALOTPOV had a good record in 2018 and he has a start under his belt and meets a beatable field here. He is a third Pick 5 option. (7) KUIL DEVA is likely to close late for a small slice.
Race 2 - CLM HDCP $8K to $10K
(3) WESTERN PHIL went a big trip in defeat last time when dropped to this class. He gets top call here. (7) LUKE AND DUKE improved sharply when dropped to this level. He should be a big threat again. (5) OUTLAW GUNPOWDER is always a threat at this level, and he is versatile and hard to leave off Pick 5 tickets. (6) CASIMIR OVERDRIVE comes off a good try at Georgian Saturday night and he should get a piece of this if he goes.
Race 3 – 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7K LT
(5) NO ORDINARY MAN gets big class relief here and he should wake up in this spot; top call. (7) BETTOR B GOING comes off a remarkable winning mile at Kawartha, but this stretch can be unforgiving to horses that try bottoming-out tactics. (4) MARCUS SEELSTER should be placed prominently again, and he can stick around for a share. (1) TIME TO DANCE was third best in a quick dash where the winner was a big chalk and he should make it onto the Super ticket here.
Race 4 – CLM HDP $12K TO $15K
(5) DOVUTO HANOVER meets a beatable bunch here and Drury should give him every chance racing on the engine. (2) SECTIONLINE ROCK flew late to win last time and he may be the one to fend off here again. (4) GALAGHER SEELSTER tripped-out to beat easier last time. I prefer to use him underneath. (7) JULERICA was a thorn in the choice’s side last time, but that rival gets post advantage here.
Race 5 – Ontario Sired 3YO Fillies – Grassroots Starters in 2019
(1) MISS CONGENIALITY raced super to win a Grassroots event in London and she should be tough here right back. (3) AIM HIGH HANOVER was used up early last time which hurt her late. She can bounce back from this post. (5) CAMBRIDGE KATE didn’t have the greatest trip in London. She is a contender here. (7) HALO ITS ME raced large last week, and he is another chance in a contentious race.
Race 6 – F & M 5YO and Younger NW 3 or $49,500 LT
(1) LOVELY DONNA was unlucky last time in a great effort, and she should be tough here. (5) CHARMBO BRIE raced very tough in a sharp win at London; using. (8) FREYA SEELSTER also raced large in London, setting big splits and going all the way. She’s another that I’ll use in this Pick 4. (3) SPORTY TORI had here bubble burst in London where she had a tough trip. I’ll use her underneath here.
Race 7 - NW $3K L5 or NW $7K L10
(5) DEWEYKEEPUMNWHY and (6) BANK GUARD both drop in class here and they could be fighting it out late for the win. Slight nod to the former who is a three-time winner this year. (3) BLAMEITONTHEWHISKY typically races well in this class and he should take a share here. (8) STONEBRIDGE SCOREE can fly off the car and he wouldn’t be the worst bomb to stab on here.
Race 8 – F&M 4YO and Younger NW 1 or $7K LT
(8) TRIP ACES HANOVER can do much better here where the outer post isn’t as bad as at London. She also gets Jamieson back and gets my nod. (4) SUGAR SHADOW raced big on the rim in London and she should be a big threat here. (2) BLUEWATER CHIP made several moves and just failed last time. She’s another who could do here in what is another contentious dash. (1) LANESIDE SPORTSGRL is getting closer but I prefer to use her underneath.
Race 9 – NW 5 (F&M 8) or $70K LT
(3) Y C BROADWAY meets easier here and he should be put into this race early; top call. (2) PLAYED BY SWAN responded to the driver change to McNair last time and he could repeat here with a similar trip. (8) KADABRA QUEEN got used up early last time but she held on well, considering. I’ll use her in the Late Pick 4. (4) TINAS MAJESTY has improvement in his lines and he should be closing again here.
Race 10 – F&M 4YO and Younger NW 2 or $25K LT
(7) BE BEST got used up early on an off track last time vs. better. She should be tough here. (2) PAZZA HANOVER rallied strongly into a rapidly quickening pace last time and that was a strong effort; using. (1) SO FRISKY raced strongly on the engine only to be nailed by a rival that slid up the inside. (5) FULL MOON FIX is consistent, and she tries hard every race. I’ll use her underneath here. (6) CINDERELLA DELIGHT should be coming late for another share.
