Race 1
(5) MISSION THREE lays over this group off his most recent effort; Pick 5 single. (7) FOOT SOLDIER keeps producing good efforts and the shorter field helps him here; exacta factor. (6) UNPRECEDENTED was too far out of it last week. He can share here. (4) MYSTERY PHIL has improved his past couple of starts and he can tag along and emerge late to take a slice.
Race 2
(6) FLY FLY SELENA is simply another standout that likely completes a chalky double. (2) STEUBEN HANOVER is capable of making a race of it with his best effort, but he has been erratic at times. (9) SETNTHEWORLDONFIRE has turned up her game recently and her good gate speed gives her a chance to get position early; using underneath. (3) TOWN HALL JUSTICE finishes on the edges frequently and that's probably where she'll land here.
Race 3
(1) DREAM TOGETHER should be able to work out a good trip here again, not that she necessarily needs it; call to repeat. (6) MUSICAL RHYTHM was good in his 2018 debut after being off close to 11 months. His best race probably wins this if he's ready to produce it. (3) IL SOGNO DREAM was strangely overlooked last time and he trotted to an easy win. His speed makes him dangerous. (5) B YOYO should take at least a small share racing in this compact field.
Race 4
(3) GREAT TUNE pressed some big fractions last time and was only overtaken very late by the class-dropping chalk. He may bring a good price again here; slight nod. (8) REGIL TIGER gets a better post and a positive driver switch; using. (4) BIG PETES STYLE faltered on the wet track chasing wild fractions. He can rebound here with the pace expected to be more even. (9) LEVY TAYLORE dropped and popped now he moves outside. I'll use him in the multis.
Race 5
(5) NIFTY TRICK closed well vs. a tough foe in the Grassroots final. I'll give her the nod to break her maiden here in a race that looks wide-open. (9) ANGEL FOR LIFE was getting closer before she broke. She has some price appeal here. (8) ERAMOSA MAGIC is another who is getting closer and she should appreciate not having to face At Will this time. (1) BRIARWOOD BELLE could trip out and crash the exotics at a price if she behaves this time.
Race 6
(8) VEYRON steps into a much tougher class here, but he looked so good winning for new connections last week that I'll stick with him. (2) MAJOR MUSCLE is another sharp winner stepping up who merits serious consideration here. (7) MANOFMANYIMAGES was motoring late last week, but the classy winner already had the race wrapped up. He should be a threat here. (1) PINK PISTOL should start fast and hang around for a slice.
Race 7
(8) SPORTS ICON has the speed to beat these if she gets put into the race off the gate. (3) INTREPID LADY kept coming last week to get the job done and she gets the same post to work from here. She should be in the mix again. (4) CASIMIR RAMBLER should get sent early here from an improved post which gives her a chance. (2) AVERY SEELSTER can roll up late for a share again here.
Race 8
(7) LISVINNIE just keeps rolling right along and I'll stick with him. (6) DEEPFAVE HANOVER made several moves and looked like a winner until very late. He should be the main danger. (5) NOW WHAT HANOVER will be closing as usual, but he can't seem to beat the choice. (3) COMPANY MAN should be covered up this time which should mean a better result.
Race 9
(1) BIG RICH lands in a good spot here and he gets Roy back; top call. (7) ODDS ON AMETHYST got back on track last week and he should be a factor here despite facing tougher. (6) TOUCHDOWN AS is in terrific form now and he's hard to leave off Trifecta tickets. (5) ALARM DETECTOR didn't look comfortable behind the gate last week and it wasn't long before he broke stride. At this point, I'll let him beat me, especially since he's likely to get bet again.
Race 10
(2) BELLA PALAZZO was up against it last time trying to move first up into an accelerating pace. If she trips better here, she can beat these. (8) JAKE drops after being used up early and he should last longer vs. these. (6) GISELE TREELANE is capable, but erratic. She can close for a share of she trots the whole mile. (4) RAMAS LAST SON and (1) ST JAMES GATE are two closers to consider using on the bottom of Supers and High-5s.
