Race 1 – CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000 - **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**

There are several fresh claims to consider in the opening leg of the Pick 5, but I'll side with class-dropper (6) A J DESTINY to get the job done in a class where he was a convincing winner two starts back. (7) ESQUIRE should be the main threat going to Moreau off the claim; using. (3) EXPLOSIVE JET, the other Moreau trainee, has won two straight after going 1 for 45 and he is worth a look here after turning his form around. (9) SINFUL fits better in a claimer and he is worth using in the exotics at a price.

Race 2- F&M NW 1 or $7,000 LT

(1) KAYLIES REAL was first-up trying to advance in a back half that was almost three seconds faster than the opening half. I'll give her a slight nod here in a wide-open race. (5) BIG DIAMOND has a similar scenario and she can go better here. (6) MY MOTHER PEARL showed some late interest in her debut and she is another who could jump up and win this contentious dash if she gets put into the race. (4) CHRISSYS GIRL can improve on an even debut race here; consider at a price.

Race 3 – WINE & ROSES TROTTING SERIES - 2ND LEG - 3 & 4 YEAR OLD FILLIES & MARES

(4) NORTHERN ROYALE was confidently driven to victory last week and she was able to hold rival (7) VILLEFRANCHE AS safe down the lane. This race should come down to these two again; slight nod to the former. (1) CORNERSTONE makes his second start back and he is the one most likely to upend both choices if he gets a trip. (5) CHICA is capable of better and she gets Roy here who is likely to provide a more aggressive steer; using underneath.

Race 4 – 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT - Pick 4

(4) BIG KRELL was too far back last time in a race where he took a lot of action at the windows. He can bounce back here in a spot where he is likely to be more aggressive early. (3) BRUSHCUT made a couple of moves in a good effort but he was overtaken late by a sharp colt. He should be right there again. (5) DARTH FADER made a bad break early at odds of 1 to 5. Jamieson takes over here and he should contend if he behaves. (10) KEYSTONE PRESTIGE raced better last time and he can take a slice here.

Race 5 – CLM HDCP $10,000 to $12,000

(9) STELIOS didn't have the best trip Sunday night at Flamboro Downs when claimed. Expect a speed blast here. (10) UNPRECEDENTED drops back to the level where he was claimed. He should be one of the main contenders in this spot. (8) GOLDINTHEBADLANDS has raced well for his new barn in two straight starts; using. (2) E L WILD SPIRIT raced well last week when claimed - flying late - and he is another contender in a wide-open race.

Race 6 – CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000 - Late Pick 5

(5) MR DISOMMA drops in for a tag and this race has the feel of one that Roy may control on the front end; slight nod. (4) MCKINNEY is another who should improve racing for a tag; using. (9) EASY FLYER has some of the best form, but he exits the Moreau barn and he draws worst; your call. (6) LEGAL BETTOR gets Filion here and he is likely to improve; using underneath.

Race 7 – NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4

(5) HIGHLAND DYNAMITE should be much more aggressive early here making her second start back and dropping to the bottom condition level; top call. (8) NOTHING BUT MUSCLE raced okay in this class last time but after starting from the second tier he was simply too far back. He should be closer early; using. (10) STORMONT CHARLOTTE will get a different trip here and she can close for a share. (3) HETTIES COMMANDER finishes on the edges frequently; consider using on the bottom.

Race 8 – 4YO and Younger Nw2 or $19,500 LT

(4) COMMANCHE CREEK was always well-backed for his debut and he always looked primed to strike. When shown clear racetrack in the stretch, he converted with ease; call to repeat. (9) NOTHING BUT CHAOS produced a big final 1/4 to also win his debut and while he draws worst here, he should be the main danger. (1) DYLANS BANK made two moves in a good effort last time and he should be in the mix again. (5) BIG BULLY will take play exiting a stakes series, but his lone win was aided by a major closers bias and I’ll play to bet him here.

Race 9 – CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000

(3) DON’T DILLY DALLY got taken by Moreau last week and he gets a slight nod here in a race that could go several ways. (5) CROCADILE CANYON shoots for a fifth straight win and he is an obvious contender, but this is a tougher field and I won’t take a short price. (7) SPEED TO MARKET ran out of a racetrack last week. If there is a good flow here, he can win this. (2) MISSION THREE is getting closer to notching a victory, but he still has goose eggs showing in the win column for 2019 and 2020. I’ll use him underneath.

Race 10 – CLM $15,000 for NW $41,000 LT

(4) PANTHER SEELSTER was just bought privately and he gets immediately reclassified here, dropping in for a tag. Plante will likely be blasting off on a speed mission leaving the gate; price play. (6) TOMOROWS HEADLINE fits well here and he should get good position early; using. (9) LARRY IS DEBS ROCK has improving form and he’s worth a look at a price. (2) MALL PEEN HAMMER should improve in this spot. He’s another possibility in a race that will likely come down to trip. (3) AMERICAN ASSASSIN is another who has changed hands recently that could improve in this race.
