Late Pick 5 – 2,5,6/1,2,5,7/4,5,6/1,7/1,7 = $28.80
Early Pick 4 – 5,6,7/7/2,5,6/1,2,5,7 = $36

Race 1 – CLM HDCP $10,000 to $12,000 - **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**
(7) GOLDINTHEBADLANDS goes to Auciello off the claim here which continues to be a potent angle and his stretch fade last week may help boost his price; top call in the opening leg of the Pick 5. (9) OAKROCK ELDORADO did a lot of the roadwork last week only to be picked off late. He is a viable contender and the outer post should help his price. (6) J J MYSTIC STORM gets McNair for a return drive and he draws inside the other main contenders. He has upset potential. (8) E L WILD SPIRIT leaves the Demers barn and his two wins this year were taken when he raced out of that stable. I'll use him underneath here.
Race 2- F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,500 LT
(1) LAILA BLUE's sophomore debut was encouraging, and this appears to be a good spot for her to graduate. (4) PATRICIA MAE and (2) POWERED BY MACH come out of the same qualifier in which they both showed some late interest. I'll add these two fillies to my Pick 5 ticket. (8) KAYLIES REAL showed nothing as the 3-2 chalk last time but the outermost post could be better for her lined up outside many that don't figure to leave. She could be an overlay in this spot.
Race 3 – CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000
(8) SPEED TO MARKET gets notable barn and driver changes here and he should offer a square price taking on (10) CROCADILE CANYON who shoots for six wins in a row. I'll give the former a slight nod but use both in multi-race tickets. (2) MCKINNEY's favorite trip is a pocket ride and McNair may hook that up by pushing his position leaving the gate; consider at a price. (3) BARN ONE can close for another small share.
Race 4 – CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000 - Pick 4
(6) MISTER MAGIC was buried deeper than the Titanic last week with not an inch of racing room for the entire stretch. Expect a more aggressive try here. (7) ESQUIRE worked hard for his win last week and now he goes for trainer Puddy off the claim. He's dangerous. (5) A J DESTINY couldn't repel Esquire last week, but he now goes for trainer Shepherd off the claim. He remains a viable contender here. (4) EXPLOSIVE JET has really turned her form around recently, but this is a tough spot. I'll use her in the bottom of Tris and Supers.
Race 5 – 4YO and Younger NW1 or $8,500 LT
(7) HEART ON MY SLEEVE - a $35,000 Harrisburg sale purchase - has shown enough speed in his three qualifiers to suggest he can handle this group at first asking. (5) RHETT SEELSTER is the only two-time winner in this field, and this should be a better spot for him; Exacta Factor. (3) RADLEY HANOVER showed speed vs. NW2 last week and he might take these a long way if he clears to the front early like he did last week; consider for the exotics. (6) BIG KRELL may be coming late if he stays flat this time; using underneath.
Race 6 – CLM $15,000 for NW $32,500 - Late Pick 5
(2) ARCANE SEELSTER rode a perfect trip to victory last week, but I'm not going to penalize him for that when he lines up in a race where there is a very good chance that the same scenario will present itself; top call. (6) TOMORROWS HEADLINE did all the work and was overtaken late by the choice. He could last here if he steals a breather. (5) FOXTON ROAD was motoring late but he was too far back. He's worth a look here. (1) MALL PEEN HAMMER should ride a nice trip to a Superfecta finish.
Race 7 – NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - Pick 4
(5) GOLD EDITION isn't the easiest horse to trust but he fits well in this spot and he will take beating if he makes front at any point of this mile. (2) Y C BROADWAY gave it a good try last week but tired late. He will be dangerous if he finds some cover here. (7) NOTHING BUT MUSCLE appears to be sitting on a big effort and if he gets put into this race earlier, he can beat these. (1) ALEXUS EH is one that will be coming late for a slice.
Race 8 – F&M Raced for purse less than $9,000 in one of last 3 - W/O $12,000 last 5 starts not eligible
(4) ANDERSON SEELSTER wasn't far back racing against males last time now she gets back to a race restricted to her own gender. She has a big shot in here. (6) SWEET ANA HANOVER's last few starts have been good and getting McClure to drive here won't hurt; using. (5) AINT THREE OK gets post relief and she picks up teamster Henry here. She is the third mare that I'll use in this late Pick 4 and Pick 5. (2) OUTLAW FIREBALL qualified decently for this; consider using underneath.
Race 9 – CLM $15,000 for NW $66,000 LT
(1) ATLANTIS raced okay vs. much tougher last week. He should thrive in this spot where he fits much better. (7) MR DISOMMA drops out of a claiming handicap into a conditioned claimer where the competition is mostly easier. He should be heard from here and he could wire these if allowed to steal a breather. (6) QUAN BLUE CHIP is worth a look for the exotics racing off the fresh Montini claim. (3) UNPRECEDENTED will be closer early here starting with his nose on the gate this time. Using on the bottom.
Race 10 – F&M NW2 or $15,000 LT
(1) COVER STORY exits the fastest race and she rallied well into an accelerating back half. She gets the nod here over (7) LAURAS LOVE, who has displayed high late speed in both starts and could take this if she is close enough at the head of the lane. (10) CHASETHECLOUDSAWAY couldn’t hold off a big chalk last week, but she should get a good trip here and she is a viable multi-race option. (5) SHESONEHOTWRITER waited too long to move last time and she fizzled racing first-up. She can improve here with a better trip. (2) MARY KAT should get a good stalking position early and ride it to a placing in the High-5.
