Race 1
(1) MONI JUSTICE gets Christoforou here and he has done some good work with this mare in the past. Maybe he can wake her up at a price. (5) WHAT CHAPTER is obvious on form and record but has now missed more than a month which leads me to not want to accept a short price with him. (7) CHEATALOTPOV had no chance of chasing down the sharp winner last time, but he maintained his solid form and he's in with a decent chance here. (2) DONATO LANE has a chance to contend in this field if he can stay flat, but his gait issues are an obvious serious concern.
Race 2
(5) DRAFT YEAR is obviously the best one in here, but with only one start this year, he's had his issues. I like his most recent qualifier and will give him the nod. (6) EDDY has been racing well for a while and he is the most likely alternative if you don't like the choice's price. (9) JOHNNY BRAVO is consistent every week and if the race goes in 1:57 and change, he should be right there. (7) FIGHT AGAIN has some sneaky good form. He could crash the exotics at a price.
Race 3
(1) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ was loaded and was always going to win if he found room in the lane last week; call to repeat. (7) LISVINNIE stepped up too high last week and he took his lumps. He gets Jamieson back here racing in his proper class; using. (5) NOW WHAT HANOVER looked a winner until the choice sprung free. He should contend here again. (6) MUSSELSFRMBRUSSELS should race from close range and stick around for a slice.
Race 4
(9) STONEBRIDGE SURF finished well enough last time to suggest he can be tough in here if he gets an aggressive steer; slight nod. (1) LYONS AMUSEMENTS' opener was okay, and this isn't the toughest spot; improvement expected. (6) RONS EOM looked like a winner last time, but he hung late. He's now 0 for 25 but may never find a better spot; using. (4) HEAD TO THE BEACH is worth a look for the exotics making his debut for trainer McIntosh.
Race 5
(6) SHES GOT PIZAZZ is sneaky to me in here making her second start over the track and moving inside. With a better start, she can win this. (9) MASSMADE was live as expected off the Johnson claim, and he should be right in this race too from the outset. (4) KENDRAS COCO isn't known for stringing wins together, but if she can repeat her most recent effort, she could be tough again. (3) CINDY LYNN has a great record and is a good one to use underneath in this spot.
Race 6
(7) EMBOLDEN missed 3 1/2 weeks then trotted a long mile. That workout may have been just what he needed to produce a top effort here. (4) OLYMPIC SLIDE was looking for room for most of the stretch drive last week, but when he got it, he couldn't get to the winner. That was a decent effort though and I'll use him here. (6) JUST MAYBE THE ONE is on a roll racing out of town and hard to leave off the trifecta ticket. (2) JUST JEWEL is a good one to use in the 2-3-4 slots on exotic tickets here.
Race 7
(10) ATLANTIS was pacing quickly at the end of his mile last time but couldn't get close to the long-gone winner. He could take this with a trip. (8) BETWEEN THE SHEETS went a big mile in defeat. A slightly better trip puts him right there again. (6) DREAMFAIR CHARRO has been right there every week at Flamboro and getting McClure here won't hurt; using. (5) LEGAL BETTOR is worth a look with that 26 3/5 kicker from his last start.
Race 8
(3) ALONA and (4) IMF both come off solid efforts against a very tough winner. It will likely come down to these two here; slight nod to the former who gets a catch driver for this. (6) ALLERAGE STARGAZER is worth a look here on the barn change alone. (5) SETNTHEWORLDONFIRE can close again for another small share here.
Race 9
Interesting race with a few possibilities. I'll side with (8) DR SPENGLER to chase them all down late while counting on some action up front in the opening 3/4. (5) MAJESTIC MARVEL looks to repeat after taking a new life's mark and he rates highly here. (4) TREASURED TEE will likely go favored, but he should get tested earlier this time. (6) VEYRON turned it around with Roy driving. He's not out of this.
Race 10
(6) JENKINS CREEK goes to Moreau here off the claim and gets a good post; top call. (1) CHEYENNE FORD races tough every week and he may get a sweet trip here starting from the inside. (7) ARAZI made two moves last time then hung around for a share. He has upset possibilities here. (10) REAL WICKED was claimed but moves to the worst post; small share predicted. (9) DARCEE N is another who can close to finish on the edges.
