His last start vs. the razor-sharp Century Farroh when starting from the 10-hole was quite good and he may sit the best trip here. (6) SPORTSLINE has won 9 straight and is a deserving favorite, but, nothing lasts forever. (3) TYGA HANOVER may try to get a covered trip this time after failing to hold off Sportsline last time. (4) MISTER SPOT A is worth a look for the exotics in his first North American start adding Lasix. [MEADOWLANDS PACE: Free Harness Eye PPs, 10% Rebate on WIN wagers & Live Video for the entire Meadowlands Pace card on Saturday.] Race 2 – NW $25,000 L5 or $37,500 L10 AE: OPT CLM $55K or NW $140K LT (3) GO WEST GO FAST and (2) AMERCAN HUSTLE both drop and will likely fight it out for the win. I’ll side with the former who is likely to get position on the latter at the start. (4) ROYAL RENEGADE has been terrific since shipping east from the prairies and he can take another good share here. (1) ELLIS PARK moves up off a nice win and he obviously has the speed to go with these. Race 3 – NW $6K L5 or $13K L10 (7) MARQUIS VOLO showed signs of returning to form last time and now he gets to drop another class level. He may steamroll these in the lane. (4) QUADRANGLE was used up early last time and his efforts in the opening 1/2 contributed to a rapid clocking. He should improve vs. these. (1) JANGONE made an eye-catching wide move on the final turn then won going away at the end. This is tougher, but she’s not impossible here.  (3) MONTALBANO BI is erratic at times, but if he stays trotting this time, he should be a factor. Race 4 –- 5YO and Younger NW3 or $50KLT - $50K GTD Pick 4 (1) MOONSHINE KISSES comes off a sharp 1:50 Grassroots score and he looks best here; top call. (7) CAPTAIN NASH is really coming into his own now and we probably haven’t seen his best race yet; using. (8) DREAMFAIR MOXY is razor-sharp right now and he could provide some Pick 4 and Pick 5 value here. (4) BATTLE STRONG should be a fringe player at a minimum here.  Race 5 – NW $7,500 L5 or $15,000 L10  (5) REGAL SON takes a big class plunge here and gets his favorite driver back; no excuses in this spot. (6) MONGOLIAN HERO N seems like the most likely to upset if the choice falters and I’ll use him on multi-race tickets. (3) PRO BEACH rarely wins, but he’s usually right there and he can take a share here. (4) IMSPORTY likes Mohawk and he can sneak into the exotics at a price here. Race 6 – F&M NW $3KL5 or $7K L10  (2) TORRIN HANOVER was better last week now he drops into a good spot and draws well; top call. (6) PL JACKSON had no chance where he was sitting early last time. Expect Cullen to send vs. these. (7) VELOCITY DRIVEN is in top shape but the way he gets driven he is always at the mercy of pace and trip. I’ll use him underneath. (9) XTERNAL will be coming late again, but the winner may already be decided when he appears on the scene down the lane. Race 7 – NW $5K L5 or $12K L10 - Late Pick 4 (9) BILLS FELLA was given an aggressive steer last week and he raced well chasing some wild fractions, only tiring late. He gets McNair now who may send him and go coast-to-coast. (5) BEACHIN LINDY gets away form some very tough foes here and he should improve sharply; using. (6) CROFT BAY N almost won a class higher three starts back. He has some price appeal here. (3) COOL ROCK has rounded into form but facing tougher here may relegate him to a fringe placing.  Race 8 – F&M NW $10,500 L5 OR $25,000 L10 AE: OPT CLM $25K (5) BLACK JACK PAT raced well against the monstrous sophomore filly Bodicea last time now she drops to a likely spot; top call. (2) WINDSONGMAGNIFIQUE is on her game right now and Waples has been driving her effectively; using. (8) SUDDEN PASSING comes off the shelf here and on her best day she is right there with these. I’ll use her as a price option in this late Pick 4. (6) THIS DRAGON ROCKS should be closing again late, and she can hit the ticket here. Race 9 – NW $16KL5 or $26KL10 AE: OPT CLM $45K or NW $125K LT (6) PLAY JET RAY races tough every week but keeps finding first up trips in quick miles. If he can find a helmet to follow here, he will be very tough. (4) MAKE SOME LUCK has come back very sharp and he doesn’t get bet. He can provide some exotics value here. (2) BRAVE WORLD should have a much better chance here leaving from an inside post; using. (5) MAJOR HILL can be along late to take another slice. Race 10 – NW $3,600 L5 or NW $9,300 L10 (7) FREDDY BEAR faced some tough ones at Flamboro Downs in the top class and he should be right there plunging in class this week. (2) PHANTOM SEELSTER finally snapped out of his slump vs. easier at Grand River, but he’s capable of much more when he is right; using. (8) RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN’s recent form doesn’t get the heart racing, but you have to think he’ll wake up in this spot. (6) OFFICER JONES should be closing for a small slice. (1) JAYDENS PLACE may be able to sneak onto the High 5 off a following trip here.
