Race 1

(5) PEDRO HANOVER was one of the better 2-year-olds of 2017, but something obviously went amiss last year where he didn't hit the board in only three starts. He should beat these if he's ready and his qualifiers are good; top call. (3) SPEED TO MARKET was flying late last week. He's the one to hold off; using. (1) REAL WILLEY has been facing some tough ones recently. He should improve here. (2) OSIRIS BLUE CHIP will be flying late again, but the leaders likely won't be slowing enough for him to pass them all.

Race 2

(3) PHANTOM SEELSTER was sensational late fall and he changes barns here. He has the speed to beat these; top call. (4) WESTSLUCKY TERROR is hard to leave out shooting for six straight wins and he should get another good trip near the front. (6) NATIONAL DEBT has also been on a roll and while these are tougher, he can close for a share. (8) PRETTY HANDSOME got a rough ride in the lane last time at Flamboro and still almost got up; consider for the exotics at a price.

Race 3

(1) LETS HAVE ANOTHER finds another good spot here and he should prove hard to beat as the chalk. (5) RACEMUP goes for Moreau for the second time and gets driver Roy this time. I'll throw him on my Pick 5 ticket as an upset chance. (3) J J POWERBALL - second to the choice last time - should be in the exotics mix again. (4) FAST N FIRST comes in off a sharp qualifier and he is another to consider for the exotics here.

Race 4

(5) DRUNKONAPLANE was a winner of two straight with McNair driving and he returns here; slight nod in a contentious dash. (8) RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN is always closing in the lane and the pace should be solid here; using. (7) TE KAWAU N is racing well but may need a trip to get past these and Jamieson could change tactics this time. I'll put him on my Pick 5 ticket. (2) SHADES OF BAY figures in this class, but he continues to bear out badly down the lane most nights, which is concerning.

Race 5

(2) WHISTYS PARADISE continues to race well every week but she can't seem to get there racing near the front. I suspect she'll be changing tactics this time and will be passing them all late. (6) REIS STAR CROSS is still looking for he first win of 2019 but she’s getting closer; using. (1) HURRIED ROMANCE gets Roy back here and they may click in this spot where she seems to fit well. (4) NO MO FO JOE is worth a look for the exotics getting some post relief.

Race 6

(7) BETTOR OPS N drops from the top level here and he should wake up with a much better effort. (6) EAST END - stablemate to the choice - has been going well and it appears that one of these two Auciello trainees will prevail in this spot. (4) GO WEST GO FAST has a race two starts back that could win this; using. (3) P L JACKSON has come back in tremendous form, but these are much tougher, and I'll use him underneath in this spot.

Race 7

(5) HIS BOY ELROY was flying at the wire last week and I'll give him a slight nod in a race where I don't love anything. (3) HES A SENSATION makes his third start back and he could take this group all the way. (4) PRINT MEDIA is interesting to me getting Roy back here; price look. (8) TORRIN HANOVER is better than he's been showing lately, and he can close for a slice.

Race 8

(5) PHYSICALLYINCLINED dug deep last week in the fastest mile of the year in Canada so far. He's the ‘now’ horse. (3) MAROMA BEACH headed the choice late but he couldn't seal the deal. He should be right there again. (4) TRACEUR HANOVER couldn't bridge the gap late last week. I wonder if his form is now starting to tail off just a bit after several top efforts in a row. (6) THOR DE VIE looks best of the rest.

Race 9

(8) LONE WOLF TERROR clearly is a much-improved horse as his 53-flat back 1/2 last week shows. This isn't the easiest spot, but if the pace is solid, he may roll by them all late. (4) ALWAYS A HOTSHOT should be the one to catch and beat; using. (3) ALEXAS JACKPOT is right there most weeks and it makes sense to use him underneath in this spot. (5) OFFICER JONES steps back up but he's sharp and he'll be passing horses late.

Race 10

(5) LEGAL BETTOR takes s a notable class drop here and with any kind of a trip he should beat these. (4) HEZA THRILL N was hung the mile last time. He figures to get a better trip here; using. (6) IDEAL JET is kind of hit-and-miss, but he's always a threat to blow a race open on the lead. (8) HOMEY JOE can close for a good share again in this spot. (7) VELOCITY DRIVEN is another who should be passing horses that can make the High-5 or Super ticket.
