Race 1 – NW3 (F&M5) or $50,000 (F&M $60,000) LT - **GTD $75,000 Pick 5**

(5) SOMBRE got the job done against some of these racing off the Auciello claim and he gets the call to repeat here. (7) NORTHERN CAVALIER moves into the same barn as the choice and he qualified well. An Auciello Exacta could pay well here. (1) ROYAL RHYTHM looked a winner at the tote board, but the choice dug in and repelled her. She is an obvious contender again. (4) KUIL DEVA is in solid form but she loses McClure here; your call.

Race 2- 5YO and Younger NW5 or $85,000 LT

(6) MILITARY SECRET gets away from Points North and other tougher foes here and he should get back on track against these. (4) NIGHT STICK should be sharper for this returning in seven days this time and I'll use him in this Pick 5. (5) AREUKIDDINME CABBIE fits this class well and he should be coming late again. (1) CONBOYVILLE made the first wide move on the final turn and he tired a bit late. He can be closer here if he gets a better trip.

Race 3 – NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10

This is a great spot for (8) P L JACKSON and he should go right down the road vs. these. (3) MACHIN A TRICK coming on off a sharp win looks like the only real danger to the choice. (10) MACH CODE should be closer racing at this level, but I prefer to use him underneath. (2) NATIVES SWEETLOU can take a small share off a following trip.

Race 4 – HORSES WHO HAVE RACED FOR A PURSE LESS THAN $9,000 IN ONE OF L3 - Pick 4

(4) SIR PUGSLEY had a nice record last year and his 27-flat kicker in his qualifier intrigues; slight nod in a wide-open race. (8) UF BETTORS HANOVER is almost sure to be last early, but he could get the setup he craves here; using. (2) OFFICER JONES can lay closer early here and that improves his chances; using. (5) JEWELS DRAGON almost won one of these races here two starts back. He's not out of this.

Race 5 - NW $8,400 L5 or $19,500 L10

(5) BORN OF FIRE’s 1:51 1/5 winning mile last week is considerably faster than anything his rivals paced, and you don't need to be a math genius to see that he sticks out in this spot. (1) YACHT SEELSTER is capable at this level and he exits a fast qualifier; Exacta factor. (2) EXIT SMILING has a better chance to share dropping and getting some post relief; using underneath. (3) BRODYS SCRAPPER was ineffective racing first-over last week. I look for him to be closing again here.

Race 6 - PREFERRED - Pick 5

In a short Preferred field, (1) WHEELS ON FIRE likely controls another one from start-to-finish. (3) EASY LOVER HANOVER is right there every week and he is the main danger. (4) POINTS NORTH steps up but he is hot, and he can share here. (6) EVENWOOD SONOFAGUN rarely misses the top 4; using underneath.

Race 7 - NW $11,000 L5 or $23,100 L10 AE: OPT CLM $30,000 - Pick 4

(7) ROCK THIS WAY is in peak form and he should get the right setup to promote his potent late kick here; top call. (10) IDEAL JET is usually right there when he races at this class and Henry will likely be looking to move him early here; using. (6) MAJOR HILL exploded the tote board when holding off the choice last week and he merits a long look again. (1) LONE WOLF TERROR should be closing for another small share.

Race 8 - NW $16,000 L5 or $26,000 L10 or NW $125,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $45,000

(8) HIGHLANDBEACHLOVER's March 12th qualifier signals readiness and he should be tough here in his local debut. (4) ELLIS PARK always takes a start or two to find his best form when returning from a break. The big class drop here should help. (2) KEEP COMING is sharp and he draws well. He should be closing late. (1) CLASSIC PRO comes off a good try, but he is still winless so far this year. I prefer to use him underneath.

Race 9 - NW $30,000 L5 or $215,000 LT AE: OPT CLAM $30,000

(6) MATTICULOUS GB was in an impossible spot last but he retained his sharpness by pacing a 53 1/5 back 1/2 now he gets his nose back on the gate; top call. (5) EAST END drops and the barn has been hot recently; using. (1) PLAY JET RAY is well slotted to set up another late rally; using underneath. (3) ICY BLUE SCOOTER showed improvement last week; consider at a price for the exotics.

Race 10 – NW $6,300 L5 or $10,600 L10

(1) H P NAPOLEON was a sharp third last week and he should be able to get away closer to the front tonight; top call. (2) ISLANDSPECIALMAJOR was bet like he couldn’t lose last week, and he made a bad break long before the start. If you like him tonight, you better check him out in the post parade before plunging. (8) DOWN ON MY LUCK fits okay here and he is worth a look coming in fresh. (6) DREAMY FELLA is likely to close for another small share in this spot. (10) LARRYS PETROCK moves into a hot barn; consider for the High-5.
