Race 1
(1) STOLEN ART fired home in 27 flat last week but the chalky winner wasn't being caught that night. I'll give him the nod here. (6) FOOT SOLDIER tripped out then exploded late to win last time. The questions are: does he need that trip to win, and, can he get it again tonight? (4) REAL WILLEY has done well in Moreau's barn and he is a contender here again. (3) HES GOT SWAGGER should be able to work out a better trip here moving inside; consider for exotics.
Race 2
(3) SUNNY DEE lived up to her reputation as L A Delight's half-sister in her opener and won well. She can repeat here. (7) SEA SHADOWS has been on a roll out of town and she looks like the main danger to the choice here. (2) VANITY GIRL blew up the tote last time while benefitting from a perfect trip. She is worth using underneath here. (5) CLASSIC BLACKJACK has been finishing well and she's another good one to use on the bottom here.
Race 3
(3) BEACHES BE CRAZY was beaten by two good ones in her past two tries, but she looks best here. (5) SLY ELEANOR N fits well here and she can threaten if she gets put into the race earlier this time. (4) DRY SILK FLOWERS was perfectly tripped out to upset last time, but she isn't out of place here and she merits a look for the Pick 5. (7) WINDSONG OLYMPIA figures to land on the edges moving up one level here.
Race 4
(2) ACTING OUT finishes well every week. Maybe an inside post is all he needs. (8) OFFICER JONES is in tremendous form, but the question here is: can he get close enough by the top of the stretch to have a shot leaving from out there. (4) CARTOON DADDY rarely misses the board and he can sit a good trip here and make the ticket. (7) SILVERADO drops slightly which may be all he needs to land on the board.
Race 5
(7) HUMBOLDT takes a hefty class plunge here and this is a field that he should have a solid chance of beating. (6) DOVUTO HANOVER moves to Auciello's barn where he has had success in the past; using. (3) UF BETTORS HANOVER is in solid form racing in upper classes at Flamboro and he can grab a share here. (1) CLASSY DRAGON stole a nice third 1/4 breather last time, but he couldn't convert. Small share predicted for him this time.
Race 6
(1) POINTOMYGRANSON was kept in last time and he finished with pace. He can beat these if he gets put into the race. (5) DEETZY was heavily bet last time with good reason as he produced a top effort, but his trip was too tough. He's a factor here. (3) REGAL SON has won on this drop before; beware. (5) EAST END races better for Drury who returns here. He can take a slice at a price.
Race 7
This is a wide-open race where virtually anything can happen, but I'll give (6) DONTBRUISECARRIE the nod on the class drop and driver change. (7) TWENTY THREE RED is on my Pick 4 tickets moving back into Moreau's barn. (9) DOCS SAUSALITO has upset potential if she can get within striking range early enough. (4) ROYALTYWESTHO drops and is worth a look in this field.
Race 8
(2) SHADOW MOON and (5) VELOCITY DRIVEN both came close to winning in higher classes recently. Slight nod to the former who will likely lay closer to the lead but using both in the late Pick 4. (6) FANCOURT should be in the mix using his good early speed to get position. (8) FREDDY BEAR should be closing late to take a slice.
Race 9
An excellent clash shapes up here between (6) SINTRA and (4) EASY LOVER HANOVER, both riding win streaks. I'll take Sintra this time based on his impressive mile last time. Easy Lover Hanover seems to be great every winter and he's the one to knock off, although none of them win forever. (2) ISITFRIDAYYET followed the choice home last time for second and he could add some value to the exotics here starting from the outer post. (7) NOCTURNAL BLUE CHIP is always around the money it seems, and he should finish on the board again despite missing some time.
Race 10
(4) MONGOLIAN HERO N gets needed class relief here and he should be tough vs. these. (2) MESSI N shows a sub-1:51 win two starts back and he goes for the top barn after shipping in; using. (1) ALEXAS JACKPOT gets McClure back here which makes him a factor. (8) BIG BANG BOOM could get a great trip racing near the front here and he can add some value to the exotics.
Race 11
(9) PAULY WALLY is sneaky in here because he is good enough to beat these when he's on his game and he's been racing great out of town; price play. (6) RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN should get better position early here and that puts him in the mix. (10) NIRVANA SEELSTER will no doubt blast off early, but post 10 may be his undoing here. (4) FINE DIAMOND figures for another small share. (2) MAJOR HILL should get a decent trip here and stick around for a small share.
