Race 1
(4) SHES GOT PIZAZZ has developed a sharp late kick and right now, she looks best of this bunch. (5) QUADRANGLE provided the winning cover for the choice last time. He could turn the tables if he works out a better trip. (6) MONOPOLY figures to try to lead the way again, but he needs to find more late. (1) STORMONT CHARLOTTE should get a good trip leaving from the inside here; using underneath.
Race 2
(6) LETS HAVE ANOTHER was 3-wide for most of the final turn last time when the pace was accelerating. This looks like a much easier spot and he should boss these. (4) DREAMFAIR CHARRO provided perfect cover for the winner last time, but the choice will also be tough to down here. (3) BRANDON HANOVER comes off a failed first-over effort - an angle that often produces some big prices next time out - and he's worth a look here. (2) RAYS KREDIT looks best of the rest.
Race 3
Tough race with a few chances here and I'll give (2) ON THE SLY a slight nod. He may elect to follow this time and trip out. (7) MISTER MAGIC dropped into a claimer and was grabbed right away. He can move up here. (5) ZEUS LIGHTNING beat a chalk who came right back to win. He's not out of this. (8) BEE IN CHARGE is sharp but he may not get the trip he needs starting from out there with other leavers lined up inside.
Race 4
(7) OLE JACK MAGIC was motoring late last week, but another class dropper had the jump on him. He should be tough vs. these. (5) GREAT MAGIC drops into a spot where he should be an exacta factor. (4) MYSTICAL MISSION will be closing again and with the right trip, he could pass them all. (8) MIGHTY NICKY fits well here but the post hurts; small share predicted.
Race 5
(7) MOHEGAN BLUE CHIP drops to face easier and he has a big shot here. (3) KWICKY KWANZAA had a tough trip last time, but he gets away from the 10 hole here and he is a top contender. (1) REAL WICKED couldn't get by a rival that hadn't won in 67 starts last week. I'll use him underneath here. (9) ER QUINN can blast then last for a slice.
Race 6
(7) FLY BEYOND should be able to find some cover this time and that can make the difference; top call. (1) SEEYOU MEN was charging late after taking a big shuffle, but it should be noted that the winner passed them all from 10th as the race fell apart late. He will likely get overbet off that trip. (4) WILD AND CRAZY GUY drops again, and he could take these all the way if he gets a breather. (3) PINK PISTOL moved at the right time and took control, but these are tougher; small share predicted.
Race 7
(6) CROCADILE CANYON went right down the road when claimed and more of the same could be coming here racing out of the top barn. (3) LEVY TAYLORE was compromised when the choice stole a 58 1/5 opening half, but he must be careful to not suffer the same fate here. (2) DARCEE N finally got off the schneid in a game effort, but the top two are tougher and a small slice is likely what he will take here. (5) CHEYENNE FORD is in the mix every week and he should be heard from here.
Race 8
(5) P L JILL is one I never seem to get right, but she looked so sharp winning last week that I'll go back to her again here. (1) B YOYO was acting up scoring down, so keep an eye on him before you run to the windows here with him getting post relief. (2) FREE WILLY HANOVER is as honest as they come, and he should be in the money again here. (7) MUSICAL RHYTHM rode a good post and a nice trip to a 2nd-place finish to the choice last time, but this is tougher, and a smaller share may be his ceiling this time.
Race 9
This is a tough dash where you could probably make a case for any of them. I'll side with (5) HEAD TURNING JAG who drops and he was a winner last time he raced in a similar class. Henry will probably get more aggressive here. (3) CATCH THE DREAM should be more forwardly placed early here which would give him a good shot. (1) O NARUTAC PERFETTO is always dangerous at these levels but I'm not sure that post 1 is the best slot for him. (4) ST JAMES GATE is in good form and adds Lasix which makes him another to consider in this contentious dash.
Race 10
(1) MT STERLING MAFIA won in a similar class five starts back and since then he has kicked home in 27 and change in every race. He's clearly sharp enough and he'll be tough with this class relief. (3) JOES BID was used up early last time now he gets Cullen to drive and he has been looking to trip most horses out at this meet. I'll use him in the Pick 4. (2) BS TYRRIFIC looks like he fits better here, and he could surprise with the right trip. (5) SHADOW OF LINDY drops, and he should improve, but I prefer to use him underneath. (4) LISVINNIE is capable if he brings his best, but he's a bit of a question mark here coming off a break in stride.
