Race 1
(8) DOCS SAUSALITO is priced to win here - and likely get claimed, too. (6) NOMATTERWHEN took a new season's mark last week racing off the claim and she may get the jump on the choice here; using. (5) CHICKIE LOVE turned her form around two starts back and she's not out of this. (3) ROBINTHEATM always looked like the winner at Flamboro the other night and she returns quickly here racing off the claim; consider for exotics.
Race 2
(7) MIGHTY NICKY didn't show much racing in the snow but with that race under his belt and a drop in class here, he could wake up; slight nod. (2) THEE DESPERADO was placed for interference last time but missing a check means he gets to drop into this easier spot where he is dangerous. (3) DOTTIE took her only win of the year racing in this class five starts back. She can be a threat here. (4) HLDONTGHTTOYURDRMS was just short last week in this class, getting nailed by a logical class dropper. He's another who is in with a shot here
Race 3
(1) FLY BEYOND was dominant last week and this may be an easier spot with What Chapter not being in this race; Pick 5 single at a short price. (6) TREASURED TEE should lead these most of the way and he's good enough to hang on for 2nd. (5) MAJESTIC BRAYDEN has a tremendous record this year, but he'll need to drop a few seconds to give the choice a tussle. (7) DONATO LANE was well back of the choice last time, but he returns quicker and should improve here.
Race 4
(1) MISTER BIG TOP moves to a barn that can move one up and he could get the best trip here, too; slight nod. (3) BRODYS SCRAPPER has been solid racing in this class and he could win this with a bit of racing luck. (9) NOTETOSELF HANOVER should get an honest pace to chase here and if the race falls apart down the lane, he may pass them all and light up the tote board. (6) TERO almost never misses a check and he's a good one to use on the bottom here.
Race 5
(6) WILD AND CRAZY GUY seems to be cycling towards a win and he may get sent on a speed mission this time; top call (2) STREAMSONG closed relentlessly to get up for the win last week and he merits a look here off that effort. (1) GISELE TREELANE will be closing as always, but the winner may be already decided before he starts his move. (4) CLOUD NINE HANOVER should start better from this post and that puts him in the exotics picture.
Race 6
Tough race that looks wide open. I'll try (2) AVATARTIST on top hoping he can trip out like he did two starts back. (4) VELOCITY DRIVEN should get more aggressive handling here dropping again and moving inside but he could also be overbet. (7) HOMEY JOE will pass them all one of these nights. Having a field of only eight here helps him. (3) ARTOFFICIAL FLAVOR appears to be facing easier here and he's another that is in with a decent chance.
Race 7
(6) SINGHAMPTON KENNY took his life's mark here this year and he goes for a high percentage barn off the claim. He looks as good as any in a wide-open affair. (8) MOHEGAN BLUE CHIP should improve sharply dropping into a claimer for Moreau; using in the Pick 4s. (5) SURF REPORT drops to the bottom and his effort three starts back when racing one level higher puts him in the picture here. (7) DRAKE comes up tagged here and he could round out the Tri or Super.
Race 8
(1) ODDS ON AMETHYST won convincingly in a similar class three starts back and if he gets a clean start, he can take these. (2) IL SOGNO DREAM steps back up off a sharp win and he should get put into this race early which makes him dangerous. (3) DR SPENGLER is racing well for Vanderkemp and he should take at least a share vs. these. (6) ST JAMES GATE is usually around when racing in this class; look for him late.
Race 9
This is a tough race with several possibilities. I'll land on (8) O NARUTAC PERFETTO, who may get a faltering pace to pounce on late. (7) BIG RICH is always a threat to wire the field when he races this low and Roy will likely be sending him hard off the gate; using. (9) CATCH THE DREAM draws the worst post but his class stands out in a race like this and Hudon may ask him for speed early to put him into the race. I'll use him in the late Pick 4. (6) BUZZ is sharp, and he gets a good post; consider for exotics.
Race 10
(6) LYONS HEDGEABET should get an easier trip moving to a much better post here and she can make amends for disappointing as chalk last week. (5) SHADOW SPARKS fits well here and goes for connections that send them ready; using. (3) KAYMAR CHROME is another invader who goes for a live barn. She's worth a look here. (2) COSETTE should be part of the early pace with the move to an inner post; using underneath. (7) ASFASTASMYSISTER shaved some time off last week and she is worth a look at a price here for the exotics.
