Race 1
(4) BIG RICH takes a big class plunge here and he'll surely try to control it on the engine; top call. (1) DIA MONDE drops from the same level and he should be the main threat racing near the front. (5) MARQUIS VOLO gets driven more aggressively by Hudon which gives him a chance here. (2) O NARUTAC PERFETTO comes back off a break and he can be a factor at this level, but he may find the top ones too tough.
Race 2
(3) SHOTGUN SALLY was excellent last week in taking a new life's mark while beating many of these; call to repeat. (5) MISS ADAM T was way overbet on the driver change last week then shuffled back when the choice sprinted away from the field. She can be closer with a trip. (1) POWER AND GRACE couldn't keep pace with the choice last week either, but she can hit the ticket here. (4) YAKOMOTION is worth a look based on the barn change.
Race 3
(8) BREEZY gets her second start out of the Moreau barn and the price should go up here. I'll stick with her. (6) I SHADOW U got the room she needed at the right time in the lane and converted. She's a must-use with her current sharp form. (5) LYONS HEDGEABET looked a winner until I Shadow U got room, but that was a good effort when coming off a six-month break; using. (1) D GS SHADOWSBELL tripped out to win last week. I don't see that same trip coming here; using underneath.
Race 4
(6) CINNABAR DRAGON faces way easier here and he stands a good chance of wiring these. (9) HOMEY JOE gets a catch driver here and he's raced tough at big odds over this track in the past; using. (8) SIX FLAGS raced okay off the claim and he gets McClure in a return drive. He is another who could surprise with the right trip. (10) TIGERS WAY was a winner at this class three starts back, but I don't see him passing all of these; smaller share predicted.
Race 5
(5) MISS ROCKADALI was game in victory last week and she faces a few that she beat then; call to repeat. (1) LADY GRANDE stands a decent shot of tripping out in the choice's pocket here; using. (3) OXFORD COMMA should get a good following trip near the front and hit the ticket. (2) PRINCESS ABIE W has had some rough trips lately. She should be able to work out a better journey here; consider for exotics.
Race 6
(1) WILD AND CRAZY GUY drops for his fourth start back and he should improve sharply at this level; top call. (2) ODDS ON AMETHYST is another who figures to turn things around here with the improved post. (8) JAKE rates a better chance racing in this class and he has the speed to overcome the outer post; using. (5) HEAD TURNING JAG isn't out of it in this class, but a smaller share seems likely vs. some of these.
Race 7
(1) LEAFS AND WINGS adds Lasix here and he's won after shipping in here already at this meet; call to upset. (8) FOOL ME ONCE would trounce these with his best effort, and he figures to get sent early. (4) IM NOT BAD is another who has won at this meet already that returns and he too may offer a good price; using. (3) UF BETTORS HANOVER is consistent but more likely to take a smaller share here.
Race 8
(5) BRICKMAN was a sharp winner racing off the claim and although his price will drop here, he does rate highly again. (6) SURF REPORT went a long trip in the same race and it appears he fits well in this class; using. (1) PRINCE GIOVANNI strung together two good efforts in a row in this class and he's too sharp to ignore right now. (4) LATE NIGHT took a shuffle then came on again for a share. He should compete for a slice here.
Race 9
(9) DANCER HALL returns and gets into a Preferred that looks somewhat watered down. He can beat these if he gets put into the race early enough. (8) DUNBAR HALL may go favored here and he's another who is used to facing better; using. (7) ROYAL WITCH won in this class three starts back aided by a perfect Gingras drive, but she wouldn't be the worst flyer to take if she is ignored by the betting public. (1) CHESTNUT SCHOFIELD gets the acid test here, but you know where he'll be at least for the early part of the race.
Race 10
(7) BIG BANG BOOM simply meets a field he should handle here; no excuses. (4) MACHAL JORDAN has stepped up off losses and won here before. Tab the tote for clues with him. (5) WILLIE JOE HILL gets a better post here and he should close to hit the ticket. (10) ITS JUST TOO MUCH went a huge trip last week, but he gets the same bad post here and a small share is likely his ceiling. (1) HEZA BIG DEALER is another fringe player that is good for use underneath in this spot.
