(8) E R RHONDA was a blowout winner over many of these last week when claimed and she will be tough to beat with anything close to a repeat. (6) BENS JENNA flew home but the choice was long gone. A better start would give her more of a chance here. (9) LDL GEM was repelled by the choice last week but she remains a viable exotics factor - maybe at a price here. (2) DOCS SAUSALITO should get better position early here and that puts her in the picture for a share.
Race 2 - F&M CLM $15,000 for NW $55,000 LT
(2) AKITA BAYAMA got leg-weary very late and she was picked off by perfect trip (6) MYSTIC SEELSTER. Slight nod to the former who will have to be caught again, but using both in the Pick 5. (1) MISS KABANA should get another good trip and stick around for a slice. (7) DREAMFAIR ZENFIRE should be passing a few of these late and she should sneak onto the Tri or Super.
Race 3 - NW $26,500 L5 or $155,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $60,000
(4) TOP EXPECTATIONS dropped, popped and she gets to come right back in a similar class. She will be tough right back. (2) ON A SUNNY DAY has hit peak form, winning three of the last five and she will be coming late. Any early battling should benefit her. (5) ON THE ROPES got a perfect trip and he had every chance in the lane and couldn't reach the choice last week. I'll use him underneath here. (3) B YOYO is a good one to use on the bottom of the Tri and Super in this spot.
Race 4 - CLM HDCP $15,000 to $18,000 for NW of $76,000 LT - **GTD $50,000 Pick 4**
(8) GO RRRILLA is unbeaten racing for Fellows since being claimed three starts back and he will be tough here, too, although he may be odds-on again. (5) CROSS MY MIND could get a setup here and he was a good second to the choice last time; using. (9) NO TIME AT ALL is hard to ignore going for trainer Auciello off the claim but he has missed three weeks now; mixed signals. (7) BARN ONE will be passing some of these late; using on the bottom.
Race 5 - CLM HDCP $8,000 to $10,000
(9) HUGHGETTHECREDIT is on a roll for team Cullen and he comes in off a very sharp win at Flamboro. Post 9 will help his price; top call. (5) E L WILD SPIRIT took big action last week but he got a brutal trip. He has to be a major player moving to the middle of the gate here. (4) BRINGHOME THEBLUE is a classy veteran who is coming around to good form and he can enter contention here. (3) DRAGON WAVE should get a better trip here and he has upset possibilities.
Race 6 - NW $15,000 L5 or $28,000 L10 or NW $120,000 LT AE: OPT CLM $40K or NW 1 in 2018-19
(6) SORTIE blew up at the start last time and he gets to drop again here after getting no money that night. He should be tough vs. these if he stays trotting. (7) HEMI SEELSTER will be the one to catch again here and he's on my Pick 4 ticket. (3) ODDS ON AMETHYST fits better here and he should be passing horses late; using. (4) WINDSUN REVENGE has one race in the past two seasons but when right, he would crush these. I'll watch him once here coming back off such a long break.
Race 7 - CLM HDCP $12,000 to $15,000 - Pick 4
(6) JULERICA dropped and popped and he comes right back vs. many of the same rivals. He should repeat here at another short price. (4) PERFECT VISTA is a good fit at this level and is likely to complete a small exacta. (7) DARCEE N is always a good one to use in the 3-4 slots in the Tri and Super and he should be passing horses late as always. (5) OCEANVIEW MAGNUM is another one who frequently finishes on the edges; use on the bottom.
Race 8 - CLM HDCP $18,000 to $25,000
(3) CHEAPSKATE HANOVER popped immediately racing off the Auciello claim and he gets my call to repeat here over another sharp gelding (6) LEGAL BETTOR. The latter steps up and he may get a pocket trip here sitting behind the expected leader (5) ALLSTAR SEELSTER who is the third one I will use in this late Pick 4. (1) BRANDON HANOVER will be helped by the short field and he can come on late to take a share.
Race 9 - NW $3,000 L5 or $7,000 L10 - 1 3/8 Miles
Tough race but there are a couple in here who have good races at the 1 3/8 miles distance. (6) TWOFOURROADIE passed most of the field on October 31st when third at this level and he gets a better post here and my top call. (8) BAUTISTA had a brutal shuffled trip when 5th at the extended distance vs. better three starts back and he should be more aggressive here. (2) HOCKEY HANOVER drops and he got some experience at this distance two starts back; consider for the exotics. (4) CHEATALOTPOV exits a race that has already produced a $44 next-out winner and he could crash the Tri or Super at a price here.
Race 10 - NW $3,600 L5 or $8,500 L10
(3) RUB OFTHE GREEN N made a big second 1/4 move then sustained it last week on route to victory. He draws better here and gets the call to repeat. (6) DREAMFAIR TECATE adds Lasix - a move that has worked for trainer Auciello in the past. Give him a price look. (9) DARKEST SECRET ships in and goes for the top barn and gets Roy. Tab the tote for clues with this one who already has a mark of 1:52 2/5 at Mohawk Park this year. Veteran (4) UP THE CREDIT was 2nd at Flamboro the other night in a good effort and he can take a share vs. these. (10) MAGICAL ALBERT is in good current form and he can ride a decent trip to a check here.
