Driver Jonathan Drury won his 2,000th career race when Self Made scored in the sixth dash on Saturday night at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
The Tony Montini-trained Self Made, a 5-year-old by Fear The Dragon, took the lead from first-over past three-quarters and went on to tally in 1:53 4/5.

Drury, who scored a significant victory earlier this year with Redwood Hanover in the C$200,000 Prix d'Ete at Hippodrome 3R in Quebec, has guided horses who have earned C$31.6 million. His best season win-wise came in 2012 when he made 206 trips to the winner's circle, and in 2019 he banked a career-high C$3,652,863.
