IPANEMA HANOVER (NW1FM) sat pocket to the final turn, tipped and crushed in maiden win romp.
TOWN DELINQUENT (CLMHCP12/18000FM) sat pocket and was shuffled behind collapsing leader in the final turn, cleared and closed well but had much too far to come.
JIM STRIKESITRICH (CLM15/18000) was out the final turn, knocked off course, recovered and finished huge to win going away. Got claimed and should come out ready for a good effort.
Friday, September 2
MOMENTARY CONTROL (OntSS) finished strongest from third over in latest and earns a long look in next.
BABY BONITA (NW3FM) finished fast along the rail with aim in the last steps but was nailed by 3-move winner.
TRU BLU HYPNOSTIC (POPUP) charged home from a distant 4th over to win going way in latest and will be tough to bet against in next.
SHES GOT IT ALL (NW600FM) wired the field with impressive win and can take another.
Saturday, September 3
TATTOO ARTIST (CANADADERBY) was second best off pocket trip to record-tying effort by front-stepping winner of the Canadian Pacing Derby and should get a few wins in quick order.
STOCKADE SEELSTER (OntSS) won again in strong mile and should keep going.
ST LADS STERLING (NW3) closed well from second over but was too late. Beaten favorite should give it a good try in next and can atone.
ARMOR SEELSTER (NW15000) was in too much stretch traffic to fire his best shot and the well-bet second choice will get a better trip in next.
Monday, September 5
PLAY JET RAY (CLMHCP15/20000) won again in a solid wire to wire score in last and was claimed. Should come out ready to try it again.
ANDY OVER (POPUP) was far back, swept wide,flew home and just missed.
COOL MUSCLE (NW10000) sat to the rear, pulled 4th over in the final turn, closed strongly but was too late.
HOLY BEING (NW2) tucked, got shuffled, brushed, tucked again, rallied a third time to win impressively.
Tuesday, September 6
CONTROL THE GOLD (NW1) tucked to the quarter, rallied late and just missed.
PA DELIGHT (NW1/2YOF) finished full of pace to upset the odds-on favorite and may take another.
QUITE FAST (NW1/2YO) wired all but the pocket-sitting prohibitive favorite with the rest of the field more 10 lengths back.
LUCY WHO (OntSS) prohibitive favorite set own pace and was never threatened in a romp.
