PAZZA HANOVER (CLM15000FM) brushed, crushed and will be looking for another.
BETSEA (NW2FM) was in heavy traffic, angled, found a route and rushed quickly.
SOUTHWIND PRIMA (NW1/2-3YOF) wired the field and looms as a strong choice to repeat.
Friday, October 4
THE FIRST STEP (OntS) came back strong after a layoff and charged home at 20-1.
UNDEFIABLE (NW4FM) began a rally from nowhere in the final turn, hit the stretch and closed a ton to just miss.
CHOCOLATEMILDTOAST (NW4FM) was the victim of a brutal trip in latest and deserves a long look in next race or two.
BE BEST (OntS) went down the road in solid effort but was nailed by the late-closing favorite.
Saturday, October 5
ROYAL RENEGADE (NW16000) charged home from an impossible place at 18-1 just missing the favorite.
SPORTSLINE (OntSS) left well, yielded, got shuffled, sat in traffic, bulled out in the lane, cleared late and just missed but was taken down.
KYLIE SEELSTER (OntSS) was buried to the lane, tipped, sliced wide and put in a wicked :25 2/5 last panel at 20-1 to finish a strong second to the prohibitive favorite.
MAGIC BOB (OntSS) rushed off the gate to the lead, yielded to the brushing prohibitive favorite, sat pocket and was a game 2nd at 17-1.
Monday, October 7
BIG RICH (NW15000) slipped out heading home at 23-1 and rallied gamely to just miss the tiring winner. Broken equipment may have interfered with the effort.
MACHPAPERSCISSORS (NW2) left best, took the top, yielded to the prohibitive favorite, proved second best at 12-1.
ON THE ROPES (NW6700) was parked to the top and wired the field in handy fashion.
FLAHERTY (CLMHCP8/10000) went down the road, tired, dug in gamely to earn second place.
SHEBESAILIN (NW1/2-3YOF) left to a short-lived lead, yiedled, got shuffled, brushed and crushed.
