Woodbine Mohawk Park: Horses to watch from Oct. 6 - Oct. 11

Thursday, October 6
SAUBLE ACE (NW1/2YO) stormed home with huge finish and won going away slapping a last panel of :26 2/5 on his resume.
ANGELS EXPRESS (NW2) left well, got shuffled, pulled and brushed and crushed in latest adventure.
BROOKDALE MIKI (NW1/2YO) well-bet second choice finished full of pace from an impossible spot and bears watching.
SAVETHELASTDANCE (OntSS) beaten odds-on favorite closed strong but had far to come in last and should not be ignored.
ADARE CASTLE (OntSS) was parked to the lead, yielded, retook and was wrapped up from mid lane.
Friday, October 7
IN THE MOOD (NW6000FM) was buried on the rail to the lane, slipped out into traffic, angled and rallied strong once clear.
IVORY HANOVER (NW2FM) was buried to the final turn, tipped, went wide and finished strong but a few steps too late. Beaten favorite can atone with earlier move.
VOELZ DELIGHT (OPEN/FM) rallied gamely from second over and just missed.
RAPTORS WON (W3-6FM) yielded, retook, drew off in handy score and will be hard to beat in next.
IDEAL STAR (NW1FM) wired the field all wrapped up through the lane.
Saturday, October 8
FINAL CHEESERECIPE (NW3) rallied late and strong between horses to nail second but was closing in on the leaders at 34-1.
POWERTRAIN (W3-6) rushed up uncovered the final turn and cruised by strongly living up to the 1-5 odds.
POINTS NORTH (NW6250) brushed and crushed on a night when barn was hotter than a pistol.
HASHTAG MONEY (NW2) challenged the leader the last panel in game effort but was second in the photo at 7-1.
Monday, October 11
THUNDERING JIM (CLMHCP85/10000) was used to the lead but that was it. Once on the front end he was a handy winner.
DISNEYMAN (CLMHCP85/10000) second betting choice went to the top, yielded to the prohibitive favorite and was second best at every call. Got claimed and should give it a try in first outing for new barn.
CENTURY GIGALO (CLMHCP22/30000) sat pocket in tight quarters and never had a chance to fire his best shot. Got claimed and would be no surprise.
FASHION FRENZIE (OPEN/HCP) wired the field in strong effort and looked good through the lane. Should be hard to catch in next outing.
