Thursday, November 5
WHO SAID NOT TO (CLM) left for early position, ended up caught behind a dead piece passing the third panel and into the lane, slipped out, got caught behind bearing-out cover, rallied for second but the winner was gone.
JOHNNY PING (NW1) had the winner's cover and rallied gamely to earn second place.
MEADOWBRANCH NOBLE (NW2) was on the rail buried as the pacesetter rolled along, had trot in the lane through traffic as the leader hit the wall. Found room and just missed.
HUNGER PANGS (CLM15000) was used hard, wide to the quarter, uncovered to the half, challenged to the lane before finally backing off.
Friday, November 6
BETTER BE DONNA (NW12500FM) left to the top, yielded, sat pocket and won easily in good time.
SUNNY SICILY (NW2FM) sat back to the lane, finished best between horses passing all but the winner and deserves a long look in next.
HELLO LOVE (NW34500FM) sat in heavy stretch traffic and will improve her finish in next.
PARISIAN BLUE CHIP (NW34500FM) co-second choice took the top, yielded, sat pocket and had no clearance.
Saturday, November 7
TAKEYOURBREATHAWAY (NW8000FM) sat in, got stuck in traffic through the lane. Seemed willing but never got the chance to fire best shot.
HEAVENSDOR HANOVER (NW4) sat to the rear, rallied wide into the lane and hit best stride too late but only missed by a neck.
ROCKIN N TALKIN (NW19000) sat on the rail, finished fastest along the cones but just missed.
P L NOTSONICE (SBOA) was used hard to gain the top but proved best in solid down the road score.
SONADORA DEO (SBOA) got away slowly from the outside, raced third over the last panel and flashed some good late trot at nearly 20-1 to get up for third.
Monday, November 9
TAJMEALLOVER (NW3100FM)M followed wide and closed strong but missed by a half. Looking to get 'er done in next.
PLAY JET RAY (NW5000) yielded, retook and waved good bye in last romp.
TIKI TAKA (CLMLHCP12/15000) roared home to win going away from third over and will be hard to hold off if he makes similar move in next.
ONLY FOR JUSTICE (NW18000) finished full of trot rallying late between horses and earns some respect in next.
