CAN BE A TREASURE (CLM20000) had first lead, yielded, sat pocket to the final turn, got a bit of a shuffle, tipped out and rallied well to get up for second to the winning favorite.

PROHIBITION LEGAL (PRFHCP/FM) beaten favorite sat pocket in tight quarters and never cleared.
PASTA DELIGHT (GRASSROOTS) took the top, yielded and was shuffled, angled out around traffic and closed with good pace.
MAKE OUT WITH ME (GRASSROOTS) finished best from the back and bears watching.
BONITAS BEST BET (GRASSROOTS) well-bet second choice yielded twice, sat pocket, rallied a third time but was second best to the favorite.
MASS MARKET (W2-4) trotter finished wide and fast from far back and would be no surprise.

TAURISI (PRFHCP) wired the field and won again, making it nine out of 10.
ALABAMA HANNAH (NW8000FM) odds on favorite yielded twice and rallied a third time for game win and may take another.
LOUS WORLD (NW2) flashed some good late pace from 3rd over in last and bears watching.
ITS A LOVE THING (OntSS) late-closing odds-on favorite nailed it with fast finish to tie the OntSS record.
ODDS ON PLATINUM (OntSS) came uncovered, challenged the fast pace and dug in gamely to earn second place.
Monday, May 27
TYPHOON STRIDE N (NW1500) went to the lead at over 30-1 and set the pace under pressure from the parked out favorite. Put that one away but tired but still held for 3rd.
PASSARINO (W4-6) well-bet second choice wired the field drawing away the last quarter and can take another.
THATLL BE TIGER (NW4000) tucked early, pulled second over to the third panel and won going away.
FLEURIE (NW9300) second choice on the board, came at the pacesetting odds-on favorite, challenged a long way and tired by the final turn.
TORONTO (NW9300) set a good clip at over 20-1, wired all but the late-closing favorite and deserves a look in next race or two.
