TRIP ACES HANOVER (NW1FM) rushed to the top, yielded at 35-1, sat pocket and was a very game second best to the even-money favorite.

BARN ONE (CLMHCP15/18000) beaten favorite had too far to come but closed best of all. Do not ignore.

DARCEE N (CLMHCP12/15000) closed late, game and strong at nearly 10-1 to nail second.

WINDSONGMANIFIQUE (NW7600FM) closed gamely but too late from third over. Beaten favorite will not go down quitely as she seeks to atone in next.

TAJMEALLOVER (NW1500FM) rallied gamely from third over but missed by a neck. Beaten favorite can be luckier in next.

MISS MADY (NW3000FM) finsihed fast but late and earns a long look in next.

FREDDY BEAR (NW1100) took the lead, yielded, retook and was much the best.

A BOY NAMED SUUZZ (NW7800) sat buried to the lane and closed well between horses at 42-1.

REGAL SON (NW23000) came wide into the lane with huge finish to be a late-closing second.

RAMBLINGAMBLINMAN (NW7800) beaten finished wide and strong with a wicked last panel and earns a long look in next.

Monday, May 20

BLAZING TRAIL (NW2) had much too far to come in latest but just missed with big rally passing all but one through the lane on a night when speed ruled.

FINE PATINA (CLMHCP10/15000FM) finished full of pace to miss by a head catching the pacesetting winner in latest.

BOADICEA (NW2FM) yielded, retook and waved goodbye winning by whatever she pleased.

CHOCOLATEMILKTOAST (NW1FM) closed stoutly to win impressively rallying around poor cover.
