BEACH GODDESS (NW3FM) was uncovered and a game second at 38-1 losing to the favored front-stepper.
MANHATTAN PLAY (NW7100FM) was buried to the lane, found late room and finished well at nearly 30-1.
A ROD HALL (NW3000) face dweaker, tucked early, pulled and brushed proving much the best.
PROTECT BLUE CHIP (NW2FM) sat to the rear, raced 4th over and closed best of all in most recnet to be second to the pacesetting favorite.

VELOCITY DRIVEN (NW16000) closed from another universe to win going away and can take another.
ARSENAL SEELSTER (CD) came wide and closed strong from back of the pack despite an equipment problem.
ARTOFFICIAL FLAVOR (NW3) was stuck in a traffic jam any California Freeway would be proud of in last and had willing finish when a lane opened.
ROCK THIS WAY (NW11700) finished very wide, very late and very fast to gain second best.

REGIL TIGER (CLMHCP8/10000) finished strong from an impossible spot in last and should do well in next race or two.
PRESCIENT BEAUTY (2YOF) brushed to the top and never looked back.
FERN HILL BREEZE (CLMCHP12/15000) was parked the mile, challenged the entire way and tired.
EX HANOVER (NW2) roared wide from nowhere and proved second best.

SLIP INTO GLIDE (CLMHCP20/25000) tucked off the gate, closed the gap, pulled, brushed and got away on a night not made for speed.
PAPPY GO GO (NW11000) trotter roared home quickly from a distant 3rd over at 32-1 to gain third in photo full of late closers.
CASCADA (NW2) beaten favorite made the early move to the lead, set a good clip and held gamely but was nailed by the pocketsitting well bet second choice.
DEEPFAVE HANOVER (CLMHCP18/25000) wired the field impressively on a tiring night for speed and looms as hard to beat in next.
