THE FIRST STEP (NW2) beaten favorite was out a long way grinding up but proved second best to the well-bet second choice. Should atone quickly.

MISS MADY (NW3000FM) was uncovered, rallied a long way in game effort and earns a look in next.
FOLLOWTHEWIND N (NW10000FM) had very far to come from 4th over but finished strongly on a night when frontsteppers ruled.
PARKHILL NONSTOP (NW3000) was buried to the lane, tipped, found room and trotted home quickly stamping himself as one to watch.
TEQUILA PARTY (NW5FM) left best, yielded, sat pocket and closed best but the odds-on favorite could not be nailed. Keep the "Party" in your sights.
Saturday, June 22
BIG BANG BOOM (NW11000) left to the top, yielded, got shuffled and had far to much traffic to clear managing to anled out too late.
XTERNAL (NW7500) tucked, sat in getting shuffled, rallied between horses in traffic and deserves another look in next.
B STONEY (NW3) took it easy until the lane and then breezed home passing all but the winner in a quick :25 2/5.
OVELY DONNA (OntSS) let the speed settle, brushed to the top, yielded, pulled and challenged the prohibitive favorite but was second best on the board and on the track.
Monday, June 24
ROYAL WITCH (NW6000) was totally wrapped up in wire to wire jog in last and should be hard to beat in next.
MANATLAS (OntSS) was buried to the lane, rallied with good trot at over 100-1 through traffic and earns a look in next.
DREAM NATION (OntSS) wired all but the prohibitively favored winner in solid down the road effort at 9-1 in most recent.
WHAT UP MO (NW1) well bet second choice broke after the start and had to take back to the rear, rallied with good pace and finish best to earn some respect in next.
Tuesday, June 25
THRILLONTHEBEACH (NW3000FM) and early brush to the lead and kissed them all goodbye.
MERCEDES TALMA (NW2) grinded uncovered in game rally and earns a look in next race or two.
SIGNET (NW1FM) took a tuck, pulled uncovered and was parked a long way, had aim but tired. Beaten favorite should atone in quick order.
A J DESTINY (CLMHCP12/15000) wired the field in first outing for new connections and may do it again.
