NAUTILUS B (NW1) put up some good numbers and got away to a good-sized lead at 7-1 but was nailed by fast-footed flying odds-on favorite with the rest of the field far back.
SPORTY BEE (CLM20000) was in traffic in a messy final turn but finished well once clear and bears watching.
Friday, June 14
WICKEDPACE (NW3/2YOF) yielded the lead, sat pocket and was second best at every call.
ELIAS REASON A (NW8000FM) sat to the final turn, wheeled out and wide and closed strong. Would be no surprise in next.
LIGHTNING LIZZIE (W2-4FM) chased uncovered, had aim but was nailed by fast-footed closer from the clouds.
TACKTICAL STRIKE (W2-4) odds-on trotter wired the field in solid score with the well-bet second choice closing for second.
SAULSBROOK OLYMPIA (NW8000FM) closed fast from a distant third over to just miss in most recent.
Saturday, June 15
HUNTRESS (NW16000FM) was parked the mile with cover, went wide into the lane as cover tired, loomed late but tired.
REIGN SUPREME (W2-5) sat to the lane, tipped out, finished full of pace but just missed at over 40-1.
LEGENDARY HANOVER (PEPSI/FINAL) was parked the mile, challenged to the lane before tiring.
RESPECT OUR FLAG (NW8000) was second best in a just-missed effort in latest.
JABBERWOCKY (NW151500) left well, yielded and was shuffled, pulled the three hole into the lane with good finish. Beaten favorite can atone with better trip.
Monday, June 17
LARRY KARR (BW4000) put up brutal numbers in wickedly-fast romp.
SWEET DIESEL (CLMHCP30/40000) went wire to wire with little effort and can take another.
REVOLT (NW1975) followed wide from the back of the pack can get it done with better trip.
NASEY (NW20000) trotter finished best of all but had far to come.
Tuesday, June 17
CHALK HANOVER (OntSS) was used to the lead, yielded and was shuffled, pulled uncovered, challenged to the end but was tiring late. Beaten favorite can atone with better trip.
GANSHAAI (NW1) beaten favorite had poor cover but finished with good pace to earn a look in next.
DO BETTER (OntSS) wired the field in impressive effort and obviously will be tough in next leg.
ALWAYS A THRILL (OntSS) brushed to the half, stepped it up and got away in quick third panel and held safely.
ROCKET FREIGHT (N1) yielded twice at 12-1 and was second at every call.
