MAJOR HILL (NW5000) beaten favorite finished from far back to earn 2nd place and can atone in next.

CONTROL HEAVEN (NW2) took the top, yielded to the favorite and was second best.

ON THE SLY (COND) wired the field in handy fashion drawing away.

NO PAY NO WAY (NW2FM) tucked early, brushed as the speed settled, met pressure the last quarter from the favorite and was second best in the photo.

FIRST CLASS HORSE (COND) came uncovered at 16-1 with the favorite on the his tail and was outkicked.

LEGION SEELSTER (COND) beaten favorite was bothered by a breaker, rallied gamely but had lost his best shot.
