?q=100)
Thursday, July 6
THE CANAM BANKER (2YO) was a wire to wire winner but raced greenly. Should get even better with some experience.
SAYONARA ANGEL (NW1FM) was a game second in uncovered effort at 36-1 in latest.
CRAFTER MADE (NW1) prohibitive favorite won going away in uncovered move and should take another or two.
BARONESS HILL (OntSS) was used hard to the lead, set a good clip and was nailed by the late-closing favorite.
Friday, July 7
DANDYS PAMDEMIC (2YO) left to the top, sat pocket in tight quarters and never had his best chance.
LEGENDARY HANOVER (2YO) tucked early, brushed early and was a handy winner.
BAD ROSSA (NW4000FM) sat pocket and was a game second in the photo.
POWERED BY MACH (COND/FM) was in the pocket, rallied between horses, had aim but was bothered by a foe trying to rally through tight quarters.
Saturday, July 8
THONG CONTROL (NW2) finished wide with good pace but late at 27-1 and bears watching.
EMMETTS BUDDY (NW9250) sat last, rallied fast and nailed the win. Can take another but may need a better trip.
SO MUCH MORE (PRF) did not need all that much more and would have got it done if hitting her best stride a step or two earlier.
GHOSTLY CASPER (OntSS) was parked with cover, got blindswitched, followed wide, cleared the outer flow, chased gamely to the end despite the trip, just missed and wins next.
TWIN DELIGHT (2YOF) yielded, sat pocket and never cleared. Beaten favorite would be no surprise.
Monday, July 10
MILITARY SECRET (CLMHCP13/18000) was a front-stepping handy winner in last and was claimed. Should come to race in next.
MIRAGE HANOVER (OntSS) beaten favorite broke at the start, lost a ton of lengths, recovered and trailed to the final turn, rallied well but had far to come. Should atone in next race or two.
NIGHT SHADOW (NW2250) tucked passing the quarter, pulled to the half, chased speedy numbers in an uncovered effort on a night when front end speed ruled. Tired but bears watching.
CRUSH KILL DESTROY (OntSS) rallied late between horses at over 60-1 and should find a win soon.
Tuesday, July 11
WATCHING YOU (OntSS) rallied the final turn, finished with good pace to be a well-bet second best at the wire gaining on the winning favorite.
NEWS CASTER (NW1) tucked and sat pocket, had traffic in the lane, found room late and could surprise in next.
GRAND SPA (NW2) broke at the start, took back to the rear, raced third over with good finish and should not be ignored.
CENTURY KALIMBA (OntSS) took the lead, yielded and was shuffled, had to race third over the final turn and closed well but the shuffle was indeed costly.
