:quality(75))
Thursday, July 30
TYMAL ECLIPSE (2YOF) left from post 10, tucked and challenged the final quarter, gamed out a win in her racing debut.
HEAVENS LIL DRAGON (POPUP) yielded, sat pocket and was second best at a big price. Trainer will get this one home soon.
BANKROLL HANOVER (NW1/2YOF) just missed from second over and should be the one to beat.
EMMA DEO (IVORY) had poor cover, rallied well and just missed the pocketsitting winner.
TREASURE KING (IVORY) closed well between horses and the beaten favorite can atone.
HALF FAST (POPUP) saved, angled out, finished quite fast at over 30-1 to just missed.
MY WAY (NW1000) closed well from second over and could get it done at this level.
Friday, July 31
EMCEE (NW2FM) was off slow, gapped third over, hit stride late and passed a bunch of foes. Beaten favorite should not be ignored.
ETERNAL DELIGHT (NW2500FM) tucked, sat in, rallied between horses and was a little short at 48-1. Can score in next.
SANTAFES APPETITE (NW2500FM) sat last, rallied best from 5th over and would be no surprise.
DETONATER HANOVER (MILLARD) well-bet second choice yielded, got shuffled, brushed, put away the favorite and was a handy winner in quickest of the elims.
CANT TURN YOU DOWN (GRASSROOTS) took the lead, yielded, sat pocket and cruised by in quickest of the Grassroots.
Saturday, August 1
DALTON SHARD N (NW20000) left, tucked, got shuffled, finished strong along the rail and bears watching.
WANNABEABIGSTAR (CLMHCP30/40000) was parked to the lead and never looked back. Can take another.
RUN TO THE HILLS (NW2) was buried on the rail, rallied well inside and was second best to the prohibitive favorite.
ELLINGTON (NW2) was buried on the rail behind the above, closed steadily along the rail to be best of rest and should not be overlooked.
CHRISTOPHER DANCE (OPEN) took the lead, yielded, got shuffled, closed gamely, had aim but nailed by the very wide drifting pocketsitting winner and could get luckier in next.
CODENAME CIGAR BOX (NW9000) was sitting to the fast fractions, had room in the lane and motored up the rail to just miss.
NUCLEAR (NW6000) was second over and hit stride a neck too late.
Sunday, August 2
D A LETS BOOGIE (POPUP) yielded, retook and put away the second choice to win again in the quickest of the Pop Ups.
MCWICKED TIME (POPUP) got away slowly in his division, rallied late and fast from 4th over to earn a long look next time around.
DA TRIXTER (OntSS) tucked, sat pocket and won going away to nail third straight in Sire Stakes action.
HAZEE COAST (POPUP) was parked to the lead, set his own clip and got away easily.
SCAMMER (POPUP) finished full of pace from the back of the pack and should not be overlooked.
Monday, August 3
INTEL QUEEN (3YOF) tucked, pulled to the third call, challenged the final turn, opened up but was nailed on the wire by the late-closing even-money favorite. Same move could get her home for the photo.
EARLY PLAY (POPUP) sat buried on the rail to the late stages, slipped out, rallied between and just missed in the photo.
GREEN SIVERADO (OntSS) brushed and crushed winning just as easily as the board indicated she would.
DRAGONS BETTER (POPUP) finished strong from far back in the quickest of the two Pop Ups and just missed.
STORMONT VIOLET (OntSS) was second over and got up for second in solid effort.
