LOOKS LIKE GAME ON (NW2) beaten favorite proved second best in last but would be no shocker if he atones in next outing.

MARINA DEL REY (CLM8000FM) sat pocket to favored stablemate, rallied gamely but just missed. Roles could be reversed in next.

GOLDIES ROCKIN (CLMHCP14/18000FM) came uncovered and won going away. Got claimed and should come out ready for new connections.

MIKRON (CLM20000) was all wrapped up in last as he led the field in a merry chase around the oval to earn the win.

HES SWIGFT (NW15000) demolished the field in a jogburger in latest.

LIGHT THE TORCH (NW2) tucked early, came uncovered and ducked in early stretch to battle the pocket-sitting winning favorite but was second best.

SAULSBROOK VICTOR (PRF2) yielded, retook, met pressure the final turn, weakened but dug in for second at over 15-1 to the late-closing favorite.

NYTRO J (NW5750) was parked the mile, challenged a long way before tiring.

SPORTY BOB (NW2) sat in, slipped out mid lane and finished strong between horses.

Monday, January 15

PASSERINO (W2-4) tucked early, rallied uncovered and was good try second best to the pacesetting favorite.

SPECIAL MISSION (W2-4) sat last and closed with good trot to be best of the rest in 3rd place finish.

BUCK DANCER (NW8350) trotted home powerfully to win going away from third over and can take another.

FEAR THE DICE (CLMHCP10/12000) left, settled for the pocket, cleared late with willing rally. Got claimed and bears watching in next.
