Thursday, February 22

THE TURNING POINT (CLMHCP14/18000FM) tucked to the quarter, tipped the final turn, wheeled wide but was second best to her tripped-out winning stablemate.

ITALIA SEELSTER (POPUP) closed well from second over to nail second in the series consolation.

SHAKEITIFYOUGOTIT (CLMHCP10/12000FM) put up some good fractions on an open lead but tired and was second best to the determined late-closing winner on a night when speed was tiring. Got claimed and should not be ignored.

GREYSTONE TREASURE (POPUP) was buried to the final turn, tipped, followed wide and finished full of pace in the final. Got claimed and would be no surprise.

JONNY BOOTS (NW1) left to the top from post 10, yielded for the pocket to the favorite and was second best.

Friday, February 23

AVAS ANGEL BABY (NW20750FM) sprouted some wings rallying late going wide around dead cover.

COOL CLIFFORD (NW5950) trotter was parked the mile, challenged the odds-on favorite to the final turn, tired and tucked. Better luck next time?

FEEL ITINYOURHAND (NW4000FM) was off slow, got parked the mile, grinded up, chased the pace, gave way badly by headstretch. Should be tighter next race or two and bears watching.

QUINTAIN QUARANTINO (NW1) flashed good late pace from third over on a night when front-end speed ruled the card.

ROYAL LEAF (NW20000) trotter was bet to crush foes and did just that.

Saturday, February 24

DONT FREAK OUT (NW2) finished full of pace but had much too far to come.

LARCENY (W4-6) yielded and was shuffled, closed well to be second best.

JACK PANIC (NW8000) tucked early, came uncovered and gobbled up ground but had far to come.

LETS TIE ONE ON (NW8000) finished with a :26 1/5 last panel in last outing and bears watching.

SERIOUSLY HANOVER (COND) was a handy wire to wire winner last time around the oval and should take another.

Monday, February 26

VIPER (CLMHCP19/24000) was parked to the third call, tucked as the pocket opened, dug in all out and was second best.

BIG BULLY (CLMHCP19/24000) tucked, sat in and was shuffled out when the pocket horse collapsed. Rallied willingly once clear and bears watching.

SNAP TEST (CLMHCP10/14000) tucked at the quarter, pulled passing the half, rallied up, wheeled wide and won going away. Should be tough again.

SAVOIR DUHARAS (CLM8000) was parked the mile, grinded up steadily, challenged the final turn before giving way. A better trip should have better results.

ALL WRAPPED UP (NW9550) trotter moved into the final turn and was easily second best on the board and on the track.
