Thursday, August 8
P L MATT (NW1) got off slowly missing the gate, trailed, rushed fast through the lane at 48-1 passed a lot of horses and bears watching.
MOON BRIDGE (OntSS) went to the top, set his own pace to the final quarter, faced pressure, shrugged and drew off.
MENLO PARK (NW11000/2YO) suffered broken equipment at the start, charged to the lead and weakened late. Do not ignore.
PORT PERRY (OntSS) wired the field with convincing romp and will be hard to beat in next.

Friday, August 9
WINDSONG PARISIAN (OntS) came home strong from 4th over and just missed. Keep an eye on her.
DOVUTO HANOVER (CLMHCP12/15000) rushed to the top, set the pace and got nailed in last step. Beaten favorite can atone in next.
SHEER ENERGY (OntSS) wired the field in strong down the road score and can take another.
WINE RACK HANOVER (OntSS) fubsged full of trot from an impossible spot in most recent.

Saturday, August 10
IDEAL JET (NW5950) wired the field in game effort despite drifting some in the lane. Might be able to swing it again.
ROYALTYWESTHO (NW6000FM) closed a ton but just missed in most recent.
HEY JOCKS (NW3) beaten favorite sat in the pocket searching for room and found it too late to get it done.
B STONEY (NW11000) rallied wide around poor cover, got stuck wide as another pulled, rallied gamely but missed by a heartbeat.

Monday, August 12
HERVEY HANOVER (NW3) was out the mile, grinded up, gain cover to the third panel as the pocket-sitting favorite pulled, rallied gamely and was a game second to the favorite.
HIGHLAND TOP HILL (NW12000) yielded and retook, yielded again, tipped at the third panel at the third panel as the favorite moved for the lead, rallied well for second best.
ALL WRAPPED UP (OntSS) made an early move to the lead, set the pace under determined pressure from the prohibitive favorite, did not go quietly, dug in to the last step but was short in the photo.
STELIOS (CLMHCP15/18000) wired the field convincingly on a night when speed was coming up a bit short and can take another.

Tuesday, August 13
WHAT A RUSH (NW3000) was wide a long way, rallied gamely but tired in the late stages. Beaten favorite can atone with better trip.
CINDY LYNN (NW5) took the lead, yielded, got shuffled, slipped wide early stretch with big finish.
P L NELLY (OntS) tucked and was buried to the lane, searched through the stretch, found room late and moved with authority but it was too late.
BENS JENNA (NW2FM) finished full of pace and rallied strong but ran out of track.
