Thursday, August 7 PATS QUEEN (NW1/2YOF) left, tucked, rallied late and nailed her maiden score on the wire in game effort. ITLL BE ALRIGHT (NW1FM) yielded twice and was second best to the prohibitive favorite in latest. THE GREEN GAZOO (OntSS) finished with good trot at 26-1 in last to be second to the pacesetting winner and deserves a long look in next. PLAISIR (POPUP) challenged the prohibitive favorite and was second best at nearly 30-1 in last and bears watching. ENFORCER (CLM20000) was used hard parked to the half, gained the lead, met immediate pressure to the lane, gutted out second in brave effort. Friday, August 8 STORMONT FAST BOY (GRASSROOTS) sat buried to the lane, tipped, slide wide and closed best of all passing many foes en route to be second best. STYLE FOR A MILE (PRF/FM) close late from third over to just miss her stable mate and would be no surprise. HOT COUNTRY (GRASSROOTS) went down the road to score in quick effort and can take another. RAUCOUS (GRASSROOTS) closed well from 2nd over but was second best to the pacesetting winner. Beaten favorite can atone in next. Saturday, August 9 CAPTAIN FEAR NOT (NW9800) raced uncovered and was second best on the board and on the track as the favorite put in a speedy mile. DIRTY DIANA (NW3FM) finished with good pace from second over and nearly 30-1 to be second on the wire to the pocket-sitting winning favorite. GIMMIE A CORONA (NW3000) finished gamely between horses to earn second-place money and should get the top dough soon. CENTURY KOMODO (NW17500) wired the field in handy score and can take another. LYONS BETTORDAY (NW6600FM) was parked the mile in game effort. Beaten favorite had the lead in the late stages but was necked on the wire. A better trip should be more than enough to get the winners circle pix. Monday, August 11 WICKED EXPRESS (NW18000) sat in to the lane, slipped out, angled wide and closed best of all to earn second in latest. BLAST OF SUNSHINE (POPUP) trailed to the lane, rallied late in last panel of :26 2/5 and should not be ignored.  QUEBEC HANOVER (NW17500) trotter was parked to the lead, rolled along and drew off in the lane and should take another. FOREFATHER (NW3000) well-bet second choice showed no interest to the final turn, tipped third over and finish in :26 flat to pass all but the even money favorite. Next time he should get it done. DOWS UP (POPUP) trailed, rallied about 8-9 wide, late as the leaders drifted badly and and missed by a nose.   Tuesday, August 12 ERINWOOD BIG MACK (NW1) left to the top, yielded, sat pocket, tipped, rallied gamely but was a just-miss beaten favorite.  MAYHEM HANOVER (NW2200) yielded, retook, went down the road scoring impressively as one of only two front-end winners on the night. Will face better in next but keep him in mind. OLAF DU LAC (CLM8000) sat last along the rail, finished full of pace to be second best. ELLINGTON (NW1/2YO) tucked the pocket, rallied between horses but just missed in good effort.
