APPRENTIC M (NW2FM) was parked to the lead, set a pressed pace as the favorite challenged, dug in stubbornly but tired.
STORMONT ROYALTY (NW2FM) left, tucked, pulled to the half, challenged a stubborn pacesetter, took a short lead but tired and was nailed by the fast-closing winner along the rail.
EXS AND OHS (NW2FM) left to the top, yielded past the quarter, sat pocket, tipped through traffic in the lane, cleared late with game finish but the winner rushed home through the vacated pocket spot.
IMF (NW1) knocked on the door again but just missed with game rally from the pocket chasing the pacesetting favorite to the wire.
Friday, August 3
MONOPOLY (NW3) wired the field easily and can find another win soon.
LEAVING A LEGACY (NW3500FM) closed a ton from the back of the pack and ran out of track.
ARTISTIC MADISON (NW18000FM) yielded, sat pocket and cleared late with game finish.
ESQUIRE (NW3) set the pace under long pressure and was a game and handy winner.
Saturday, August 4
FREDDY BEAR (NW11000) trailed, angled wide in the lane, closed a ton, got by all but the winner but was closing in fast on that one.
MACH DEVA (NW6000) was parked to the lead, got challenged a long way, dug in gamely but was nipped on the wire while holding a dead heat for second.
ALWAYS A HOTSHOT (NW17000) wired the field in game score over a tiring track. Can take another in quick order.
TUXEDO BAY (NW7500) trailed, rallied gamely and determinedly between horses and just missed.
Monday, August 6
STORMONT CHARLOTTE (OntS) put in a good down the road effort as second favorite losing only to the odds-on uncovered fave.
GRACEFUL (2YO) brushed and crushed and looms as repeat winner.
CLASSIFIEDMATERIAL (OntS) let the speed settle, brushed at 9-1 and drew away.
REGIL TIGER (CLMHCP8/10000) wired the field on a night when front-steppers were weakening.
Tuesday, August 7
ODDS ON ST LUCIE (2YOF) brushed and was a handy winner in her paramutuel debut looking forward to a few more wins.
B YOYO (NW26000) rushed to the top, yielded, sat pocket second best at every call.
DARCEE N (NW2500) sat in, escaped some stretch traffic and was a game second.
THATS INCREDIBLE (2YOF) left well, grabbed the lead at 10-1, yielded to the favorite and sat pocket throughout.
