COLLATERAL BEAUTY (OntSS) left well at 12-1, took the top, yielded to the favorite and chased to the wire easily next best.
P L IDAHO (CD) broke at the start and had to brush early to gain the lead, tired and lost to the jogging favorite who had sat pocket.
Friday, August 17
BETTORS UP (NW27500FM) rushed to the top, went down the road over a tiring track, dug in but tired and was nailed in the deep stretch. Beaten favorite might get revenge in quick order.
SOS BAMBIE (NW5FM) closed a ton from third over and just missed.
TIKI TAKA (CLMHCP12/15000) came uncovered, challenged, proved strongest through the lane and should be tough to beat seeking a repeat.
WHAT CHAPTER (NW3) took a tuck, pulled when the speed settled, brushed to the top, met the winner's pressure the last quarter and was second best.
Saturday, August 18
DRAGON TIME (NW3250) set a steady clip and won easily in front-end score.
TWICE AN ANGEL (NW3500FM) had some traffic problems but finished full of pace from and impossible 4th over spot.
COUSIN MARY (NW11000FM) rallied late a strong for a game second in latest outing.
YACHT SEELSTER (OntS) came uncovered and won going away in last and can score again.
Monday, August 20
HOPES SOLO (OntS) left, tucked, sat pocket raging to go, got the lead easily when the early pacesetter broke and was an impressive winner.
POWERFUL CHRIS (OntSS) overcame her only obstacle getting to the top easily from post 10, set her own pace and won again wrapped up.
SPRINGBRIDGE SASSY (OntSS) came uncovered as the prohibitive favorite and won going away leaving some in the tank for next outing.
SOFT WIND HANOVER (OntSS) odds-on favorite won as she pleased in front-end romp.
Tuesday, August 21)
TURNCOART (NW1/2YOF) finished strong but late from 4th over and has to get a long look in next.
FORBIDDEN TRADE (OntS) youngster broke a couple of times early and took to the rear forgotten until heading home when he exploded and nailed it on the wire.
LOUD SPLASH (OntS) charged through the lane from the moon to win going away and will be hard to argue with in next.
KEYSTONE CHARLES (CLMHCP12/15000) was parked the mile, grinded, challenged uncovered and was a dead-game winner.
