CHANTING HANOVER (NW2) was out of the picture at the back of the field coming to the third marker, rallied well and continued gamely through the lane closing fastest of all and earns a look in next race or two.
SAUBLE DELIGHTFUL (NW1FM) left to the top, yielded, sat an antsy pocket, finally pulled in the turn, rallied gamely but was nailed on the wire.
MAGICAL JOURNEY (NW1) got to the top past the quarter, yielded for the pocket, rallied in the lane to win going away over the very wet track.
BALDER SON (NW1) was seemingly wiped out by an early breaker, recovered and raced third over with solid second best finish.
Friday, April 19
TWIN B TIPSTER (NW2FM) tucked early, got badly shuffled, bulled out, bothered a couple of foes, found more traffic in the lne, angled clear and finished late.
AZURE SEELSTER (NW11000FM) took the top, yielded, retook and set a good clip drawing away in the lane for the impressive winner.
MARQUIS VOLO (NW3000) rushed up uncovered, challenge, took over and took off looking like a probable winner in next.
ALPHA SEELSTER (NW3) roared home from second over and will be tough to ignore in next.
Saturday, April 20
HEZA THRILL (NW7000) finished in :26 3/5 from third over and was second best on a speed favoring track.
NATIONAL DEBT (NW17500) closed gamely from second over and just missed catching the favorite.
OFFICER JONES (NW11000) sat in buried to the lane, looked for room, angled out, found a patch late but was willing.
EAST END (NW22000) rallied late from a distant third over and the beaten favorite may atone in next.
Monday, April 23
JAYDENS PLACE (NW3000) beaten favorite left from post 10 and was used in wide leave to the lead, met pressure the last turn, dug in but was nailed on a night not favorable to front-steppers.
WESMONT (NW11000) set a pressed pace over a tiring track and was nipped on the wire by the pocket-sitting winner.
PERFETTO (NW17500) rallied strongly to score in quick mile.
CAMS TUX (CLMHCP8/10000) wired the field to be the only front-stepping winner on the evening.
CONFESSION SESSION (NW1) rallied with good speed around the also rans, ducked in again for the drive and finished with good speed.
