MAJOR LEAGUE (NW9000FM) put in a good effort in front-stepping try in last but was outkicked by the tripped-out winner.

COCO BEACH DE VIE (CLMHCP12/15000FM) got off slowly but finished fast to just miss and can get it done in next race or two.

MARZANNK HANOVER (COND/FM) was near the back 3rd over to a gapper and finished full of pace but had too far to come.

Saturday, April 2

COMMANDING OFFICER (NW11500) flew home on what may have been a 747 and won going away in latest.

POINTS NORTH (NW24000) wired the field in handy fashion in last and will be a factor in next.

CAPITANO ITALIANO (NW5000) saved ground and tipped into traffic heading home, angled out and finished strong.

BYGOLLYMISSMOLLY (NW3) was an impressive wire to wire winner from outside post in last and might take another.

Monday, April 4

ONEY HALL (PRFHCP) trotter wired the field and held well as only one of two front-steppers to win over the tiring track.

MVN (NW1FM) rallied the third panel, picked up cover from the pulling favorite and was second best in the photo at 36-1.

PHOENIX (NW5) wired the field holding gamely through the stretch.

SLICK N SPORTY (CLM15000) beaten favorite rallied wide and was caught in serious traffic, rallied late and can atone.

FINAL CLAIM (NW13100) put in a credible wire to wire effort as the well-bet second choice but was nipped by the late-flying favorite.
