Thursday, April 18

NO NEED FOR ALARM (NW1) sat far back to the final turn, rallied with strong trot and could be closer in next when the move is made.

BILLIE JEAN QUEEN (OntS/SPRING) yielded twice and was a game second to a late-closing winner in last outing.

D A LUNCHBOX (CLM20000) rallied uncovered the third panel, challenged, weakened but stayed in the photo.

MYUFRIENDJOSE (NW1) was a handy wire to wire winner as the odds-on favorite and can take another.

LOOKSLIKEAGOODFELLA (NW2) just missed with strong finish from second over to the front-stepping favorite.

Friday, April 19

ACEFORTYFOUR BELLS (NW1FM) sat last most the race, finished full of pace at over 87-1 and bears watching.

OSCEOLA (CAN/SIRED/GRADUATES) tucked past the quarter, pulled heading home, lost a moment avoiding trouble, finished with good trot as the lukewarm second favorite.

KEVIN ANTHONY (NW2500) yielded, retook, put away a last-turn challenger and was much the best.

TWIN B TIPSTER (NW4000FM) closed well from second over was just a bit short.

CAPTAIN WANIA (OntS/SPRING) was an impressive wire to wire winner in 2nd leg action.

Saturday, April 20

SHES GOT IT ALL (NW8000FM) tucked early, rallied wide in the final turn with strong finish to be third in the photo.

COMMAND (NW20000) went to the top, yielded, got shuffled back, got stuck in stretch traffic and never had a chance. Beaten favorite could atone with a better trip.

KELE KELE (NW14000FM) had pace in tight quarters in the lane and bears watching.

ANGOSTURA HANOVER (NW14000FM) closed well from third over and would be no surprise in next.

LETS TIE ONE ON (NW5500) was used hard to the lead, responded well to a few taps in the lane.

Monday, April 22

TREACHEROUS TOM (CLMHCP14/18000) wired the field in solid victory. Got claimed and should come out firing for new connections.

ALL WRAPPED UP (NW9700) beaten favorite tipped in the final turn third over, finished full of trot and ran out of track.

CAPT JACK HKANOVER (CLMHCP19/24000) bet off the board, he won easily in front-stepping jog. Got claimed and will be hard to beat.

BACKSTREET GAMBLER (NW1660) finished full of pace but too late. Beaten favorite deserves a long look in next.

CONTROL HANOVER (CLMHCP30/40000) yielded, retook, set a pressed pace and was an impressive winner. Another winner who got claimed and should be in the hunt again.
