Race 1
(3) WINDSONG OLYMPIA returns quickly and she gets reclassified for a tag here; slight nod. (2) OXFORD COMMA also comes up tagged after doing some good work in the Harvest series. She will be the one to beat and likely chalk. (6) LADY OXFORD is the kind that McNair can wake up in his first drive; consider for exotics. (5) MACHS ECHO is another that returns quickly. She may hold on a bit better vs. this group.
Race 2
(2) ASFASTASMYSISTER has three wins vs. one combined for her opponents, changes barns and adds Lasix. She gets the nod in a race with little form. (4) LED FOOT - a $15K Lexington buy - is by a top sire and although she faces elders here, this doesn't look like a tough spot; using. (6) HEY SWEETIE gets Hudon back and she could wake up and break through here. (1) WAR CRIMES is another who can win this with the right trip This is a spread race for me.
Race 3
(8) AVUNCULAR shakes a tough foe in Slip Into Glide here and he merits top call vs. these. (9) THE POWER OF MANY showed nothing last week, but she goes to trainer Budd here and he can turn one around quickly. (6) DOMITIAN HALL brings some decent form with him from Flamboro and he picks up McNair. I'll use him in the Pick 5. (10) FLUFF ME UP rallied well in the lane last time and he could add some value to Tri and Super bets here.
Race 4
(6) D GS SHADOWELL paced an unbelievable mile uncovered on the rim the whole way and she still held 2nd in the Harvest series final. A slightly better trip makes her a winner here. (3) XELENE BAYAMA almost blew up the tote board last week when sent back to Laroque's barn. Filion knows her well and she is live here. (8) LADY GRANDE exits the Harvest series and she's worth a look entering trainer Puddy's barn for this. (1) THRILLONTHEBEACH likely faces easier here but missing four weeks and losing Lasix makes her a guessing game in this spot. I'll use her underneath.
Race 5
I see no reason to jump off (9) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ's bandwagon here, so I won't. The race shape appears to favor closers, so I'll add (4) BRICKMAN AND (5) NOW WHAT HANOVER to my multi-race tickets. (8) P L IDAHO curiously comes up tagged off a good effort when 2nd to a classy veteran. He may get roasted early if he leaves here.
Race 6
(2) REGAL MAGICIAN had no shot as chalk on a night where there was a big bias favoring quick leavers. He can bounce back here, and the price should be better. (7) HANKS TANK merits a long look on the barn change alone; using. (4) TOUCHDOWN AS plunges in class and gets Henry which means he will likely get overbet, but he is an obvious contender. (10) MYSTERY BET looked like a winner then hung a bit late last time. He will likely need to pass them all to win this. A smaller share is likely for him.
Race 7
(5) SHEZAREALDEAL was absolutely flying in the lane last week, but the wire came up too fast. A better post could be all it takes for her to lay closer early and beat these. (3) QUEENOFTHEJUNGLE has found her best form and she can win this with a trip. (2) TWENTY THREE RED will likely go off chalk here on the class drop and while she certainly figures, she is no lock in my opinion. (4) DOCS SAUSALITO looked like she was launched out of a cannon in the stretch last week. These are tougher, but she's not in an impossible spot.
Race 8
(1) TIKI TAKA keeps winning and he should get another good trip here. A fourpeat looms. (2) SLIP INTO GLIDE is also on a roll, but the choice has a better stretch kick and that may be the difference. (6) ZEUS LIGHTNING is having a very good year racing at these levels and he should at least make the board again. (3) EMMALULU had a rough trip the other night and she hung tough. Now she comes up tagged; consider for the exotics.
Race 9
(6) ROYALTYWESTHO did all the work last week and fell just short in a good effort. I'll give her the nod here. (4) BETTIM JACKIE blew up the tote board when she nailed the choice and she figures to be right there again. (7) NO MO FO JOE raced okay after shipping in and missing three weeks. She's in with a chance here at a price. (5) ANDERSON SEELSTER is sharp, and he is another who will be heard from here, but a smaller share is expected for her.
Race 10
(4) DAZZLING ROCKETTE drops to the bottom conditioned level and returns quicker here. She looks best vs. these. (3) LEAVING A LEGACY was right there in a sharp effort when she raced in this class two starts back; using. (1) MEA LILLEY MARK should improve moving inside and she should hit the board here. (7) JUSTABIT MEAN should be passing many of these late; consider using underneath. (10) ART ANGEL BABY usually finishes on the fringes when racing at this class. She's another who can fill out the Tri, Super or High-5.
