Woodbine Mohawk Park: Field of 12 set for Roses Are Red
The Roses Are Red, Woodbine Mohawk Park's marquee race for pacing mares, will feature an outstanding field of 12 for the C$316,000 final on Saturday, September 4.
With 12 horses entered, eliminations are not required for the Roses Are Red and all 12 pacing mares entered advance to the final. The field of 12 for the Roses Are Red final is listed below:

Woodbine Mohawk Park has carded a Fillies & Mares Open Pace for this Saturday evening. Roses Are Red eligible horses received preference, with nine of the 12 for the final entered for this Saturday's prep race. Only Jk First Lady, Lyons Sentinel and Peaky Sneaky will not race in this Saturday's Mares Open.

The post-position draw for the Roses Are Red final will be conducted Saturday evening.
Important Notice for Racing Participants Traveling from US to Mohawk Park
Woodbine Entertainment has released updated policies for racing participants traveling from the United States to race at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Effective immediately, any participant traveling from the US to Canada that has been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days and has met all criteria to be considered a "fully vaccinated traveler" by the Government of Canada will have access to the Mohawk Park paddock and other racing facilities.
In order to access the site, the traveler is required to present the negative PCR test that was presented at the Canadian/US border to Bill McLinchey, Director of Standardbred Racing, upon arrival to the racetrack.
Participants traveling from the US to Mohawk Park are encouraged to familiarize with the Government of Canada's border re-opening measures prior to departure.
