Race 1: 2YO fillies NW1 or $5,000 LT **Gtd. $100,000 Pick 5**
(2) ALWAYS B MERRY gets Macdonald back for a second drive here and he will likely get more aggressive with her tonight; slight nod in a tough opener. (5) TWIN B ROULETTE gets McNair after racing evenly in her opener and she is another that will likely be closer early now; using. (4) WE BELEIVIN fired two fast kickers and that late speed should play in here. I wouldn't be surprised if she swooped past the leaders in deep stretch. (1) ROCK SOLID LOVE should go better here starting from an inside post with Filion back in the bike. She is another in with a chance.

Race 2: 2YO colts and geldings NW1 or $5,000
(7) PRIVATE ACCESS requalified for trainer Blais after making two breaks and his stock has been lights-out recently; top call. (3) GONE GOODBYE raced well in defeat from the 10-hole and he is the one to fear. (4) FLIGHT LANDING was expected to do much more last week as the heavy favorite and he had little to offer racing first up. I'll use him underneath. (8) FORTRESS LOUISBURG beat easier, and he is worth using on the bottom here.

Race 3: 3YO colts and geldings NW1 or $5,000
(9) ROCKET FREIGHT showed some late pop in his debut, and he was zigzagging late looking for room. I'll give him the nod here in his second start despite drawing widest. (5) TWIN B HUNGERGAMES has missed more than a month, but Doc Moore's stock has been running so hot that it might be a mistake to dismiss this colt here. (6) BROOKDALE J MAC looks well prepped on the east coast and he is worth a look for the bottom of the exotics on debut. (1) BETTHEBEACH YANKEE is fast enough to contend for a share in this local debut.
Race 4: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 4: 2YO TROTTING COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4
(3) WAYS N MEANS has impressed in his last two starts, both wins in Grassroots company, and he can step up here and continue the winning streak. (2) MYRETIREMENTDREAM is obviously one of the better colts in here and he is the one to fear. (6) MRSTERY DEAL has an outside shot if he can stay flat this time, but make sure you get a price that makes the risk worthwhile. (4) R PEAKY BLINDERS comes off a nice closing effort and he gets off the rail here. He can sneak into the exotics.
Race 5: NW $15,000 in 2023
(7) INN AT RODANTHE takes a huge class drop and Hensley will likely send him forward leaving the gate tonight. He should be the one to catch and beat. (6) P L JERICHO was in tough in Ohio, and he is another that should be considered for multi-race tickets. (9) COLD RAGE ships in sharp from Ottawa and he is won here in the past. I prefer to use him underneath, but he isn't impossible in this spot. (1) TUCKERS OUT is going well enough to take a slice here.
Race 6: NW $14,000 L5 AE: OPT CLM $65,000 - Pick 5
(7) PATRIARCH HANOVER raced well in defeat to mighty Pemberton now he gets to face easier, and he gets the nod over (4) H P MAMA B, the other one dropping out of that race. I'll use both on multi-race tickets. (1) TWIN B ARCHIE looked like he needed that first start back. He can improve enough to take a share here. (5) MRMAYOR HANOVER is sharp, but these are tougher, and a small share is likely for him tonight.
Race 7: ONTARIO SIRES STAKES: GOLD LEG 4: 2YO TROTTING COLTS and GELDINGS - Pick 4
(7) SOAR HIGHER, who was fourth in the Wellwood to three of the best rookie trotters on the continent is the obvious one to beat here. (5) JACK N ABS beat the choice in a Gold race in July and he should be the main threat here. (8) WILLOWTIME won by a football field from the worst post on debut in a strange Gold race where most of the field was off stride at the start and he inherited a big lead. There's no telling how good he is off that race until we see how he fares here. I'll use him underneath. (9) NZURI comes off a nice maiden win and he is worth using on the bottom.
Race 8: F&M 3YO and younger NW1 or $10,150 LT
(4) STAY WITH EMILY takes the biggest drop possible, from Grand Circuit to maidens. She should get the job done here if she stays flat. (1) GOING YARD raced well in the recently concluded Pop Up series and she is fast enough to be an Exacta factor here. (6) TOP SHELF raced decently in defeat, and she should be part of the exotics in this spot. (7) QUITE NICE missed some time but she is fast enough to take a small slice.

Race 9: CLAIMING HDCP $25,000 to $35,000
(8) JM JACK OF HEARTS was claimed by Auciello, and he gets the leading driver in the bike. He should improve sharply tonight; top call. (3) SIR A gets away from iron tough Iama Rocket, and he should be a big threat here; using. (4) CURIOUS CORTEZ shots for a fourpeat but is in tougher here and he will likely land in the bottom of the exotics here. (2) HEAD HONCHO got J Mac in the bike, took all the action and converted last week. He loses the leading driver to the choice now and he will likely be a fringe player.
Race 10: 5YO and younger NW2 (F&M3) but not more than 4 (F&M5) LT AE: 4YO and 5YO OPT CLM $50,000
(3) WARRAWEE XALT is the clear top pick here after just missing from the 10-hole vs. similar. (5) BELLA CAVALLA will get more aggressive facing easier tonight. I could see the top two battling to the wire for the win. (1) EDEN ONTHEHILL finished behind the choice, and he is in the mix again here. (2) CHAKE gets Macdonald for a return drive after finishing behind the top two; exotics factor. (4) HEY RALPHIE can produce a good rally when he behaves. Consider using him underneath.
