Race 1: 2YO Colts and Geldings NW1 or $5,400 **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
I thought (3) BETTER OPTION made a pretty nice move vs. tougher Grassroots foes last time before flattening out. In this easier and smaller field, I expect Henry to get aggressive with him; top call. (5) ARTSALIVE had a good debut despite racing with broken equipment and he should be the main threat here. (2) PICKSIXKING shoots for a threepeat here and he will likely be the one to catch. He is another possibility for the Pick 5. (6) P L QUICKSAND improved last time and he can take another slice here.

Race 2: 2YO NW1 or $5,000 LT
(2) WHAT AN ANGEL looked long gone at the 1/8th pole last week but she got picked off by a surging rival while she raced with broken equipment. She can make amends tonight. (4) PROUD TO BE LINDY is in easier here for a barn that has had great success with 2YO trotters this year and she is probably the one to beat. (3) BESHEAR tried the front last week and it didn't go as planned. I think he sits and rallies here and he could pass them all; using. (9) ITS A SITUATION was much better last time and he should close for another share here.

Race 3: 2YO Colts and Geldings NW1 or $5,400 LT
I think (4) COLD CREEK GUERERO is better than he has shown in most of his starts and maybe the driver change to Filion will wake him up tonight; top call. (6) TARQUINUS HANOVER wasn't disgraced in the Dream Maker series and he is the likely chalk and one to beat here; using. (3) WATCH MY CHIPS got a great trip on the engine last time and he couldn't close it out. I'll use him underneath here. (5) CENTURY J ROCK is interesting going into the Moreau barn here with three wins if four starts on his resume but I'll use him underneath coming off a break in stride.
Race 4: 2YO NW1 or $5,000 LT - Pick 4
(1) WATCH A PRO, who has shown the best late speed of any of these, might be able to chase down the leaders in this suspect field; top call. (4) FOX VALLEY ONTARIO had a nice debut then faltered late as the even money chalk in his second start. He had been given four weeks off which makes me think he scoped sick after that second start. He could be much better here despite having missed some time; using. (10) SISTER ACT is capable, but risky. I'd demand a price from post 10. (6) ALL STAR YANKEE has raced decently in all of his starts and he should be in the exotics mix here.
Race 5: F&M 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT AE: NW $8,500 in 2022
(4) PREMIER SWEETALKER was an impressive winner at this level three starts back and she gets top billing on the class drop from NW2 here. (5) SUNNY DREAMS was given a great steer by Macdonald last week to blow up the tote board and the leading driver sticks with her over the (2) HURRIKANE MSRODINE here. I'll use the former on horizontal tickets and the latter on vertical bets. (1) BUTTERCUP HANOVER hasn't resembled anything close to her brother Bulldog Hanover yet, but she should be part of the Tri or Super here.
Race 6: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,500 LT - Pick 5
(9) TWIN B SHOWMANCE jogged last time she raced at the NW1 level and McClure should be blasting with her. She will get position on the morning line favorite (5) WARRAWEE XALT and she gets the nod. The latter has produced wicked late speed in his last two starts but he needs to get moving earlier as the pace is typically dawdling in these races. (4) TAKE ON ME comes in off several good Grassroots efforts and he is another in with a shot here. (7) THUNDEROUSLY's debut wasn't bad. I see him landing in the bottom of the exotics tonight.
Race 7: NW $2,000 L3 or NW $960 per start in 2021/22 AE: OPT CLM $15,000 - Pick 4
(3) LOOK AT DAT KAT gets a bunch of changes here: a class drop, a new owner, a driver change and he moves into the Barrington barn. He should get the job done in this spot. (1) COLD RAGE is another that should improve at this bottom conditioned level and he is the other one that I'll use on multi-race tickets. (5) SHEENA SOLDIER is in tougher here, but he has won three out of his last four and Filion should put him into the race early. I'll use him underneath. (7) GLIDER MAN should flash early speed and take a share.
Race 8: NW $3,000 L5 or NW $8,000 L10 AE: NW $1,900 L3 or Starters for a purse of $9,000 or Less L3
(5) WARRAWEE WHISPER takes a big drop and adds Lasix and he should be very tough to beat here. (1) I GOT THE LOOKS jogged at Kawartha Downs on Saturday night and he fits okay here; Exacta factor. (4) CONQUEST AS gets McNair back tonight and he can go much better in this spot; using underneath. (3) FRANKS ANGEL drops and he will be in the exotics mix tonight if he stays flat.

Race 9: NW $5,000 L5 or $12,000 L10 or NW2 in L10
(5) RITSON stayed flat and jogged last week and he will probably repeat here if he doesn't break. (2) VILLEFRANCHE AS raced well in several Pop-Up starts and driver Roy has been running hot lately. She should be the main danger. (3) MR CONTESTANT should improve dropping for this second start back, He can be part of the Tri. (6) COMEONOVER HANOVER faces tougher while coming off a big win. I see him finishing on the edges here.
Race 10: 4YO and Younger NW1 or $7,000 LT
I thought (10) YARM performed well in the Pop-Up series, chasing Big Ace three times, and finishing 3rd in all three races. Drawing widest here should help keep her price viable and she gets top call. (6) HIDE YOUR MULA was impressive in her debut and the late kick she showed should play well on the bigger track tonight; using. (4) HEART OF DIXIE qualified in a time that was fast enough to win this race. She is hard to leave out considering that effort. (2) DALHOUSIE paced a sub-56 back 1/2 last time in Elora and he is another one to consider. (8) FULL DISCLOSURE took a ton of early action last time and he was good, coming on for 2nd behind a strong winner. He should be part of the High-5.
