Race 1: 2YO Colts and Geldings NW1 or $5,000 **Guaranteed $100,000 Pick 5**
If (5) WHAT AN ANGEL stays flat and replicates her effort from tow starts back, she will beat these. (1) MUSICAL RIDE is the first foal sired by local Open trotter Musical Rhythm. He showed enough in his lone qualifier to suggest he can contend at first asking; using. (7) AIRBORNE exits Grassroots races where he has flashed speed. He is another possibility for the Pick 5. (8) KNOWITALLWES gets Macdonald here after breaking in his debut. I think he sits and rallies for a share if he stays flat.

Race 2: 2YO Colts and Geldings NW1 or $5,000
(3) NOTORIOUS HANOVER was good in his debut considering he got hung out in a 27 2/5 third 1/4 by the winner. He will likely get a better trip here and he is the one to beat. (1) GANDOLF THE BLACK drifted out several lanes which probably cost him a placing last time. I'd look for an equipment change with this one. (7) BACK POCKET MIKI will be closer by default tonight in this small field and he can close for a share. (5) MORNING WATCH should go better facing maidens here; using underneath.

Race 3: NW $3,000 L5 or $8,000 L10 or NW $1,300 L3 AE: Starters for a purse of $9K or Less L3
(8) MISTER MAGIC beats these if he stays flat, doesn't he? The issue with him is, that is often a big 'if'. (6) RITSON is the other main contender that also has frequent gait issues but will be right there if he trots the whole mile. This race is quite a guessing game. (3) MIDNIGHT MIRACLE should improve on the class drop and he is sure gaited which could be the difference in this race; using. (2) HERBS JOURNEY is sharp but these are tougher. I'll use him on the bottom.
Race 4: 2YO Fillies NW1 or $6,200 - Pick 4
(1) TOP CAP, a $51,000 Harrisburg buy, is the seventh foal from her dam and the other six are winners. This isn’t a tough spot and I'll give this debutante the nod. This is the easiest spot yet for (8) BIRDIE THREE. She is hard to leave off multi-race tickets. (6) SPLASH OF PINK has paced every one of her kickers in 27 4/5 or faster but she has been out of position in every start so far. She draws best here. Maybe the owner/trainer/driver will leave a little this time; price look. (3) POWDER PLAY's debut at Georgian Downs was decent. She is in the exotics mix here.
Race 5: 2YO Fillies NW1 or $5,000 LT
(1) SISTER ACT may have cost herself a win when she drifted out late in the mile last week. She should get the job done tonight if she trots straight in the lane. (5) CARDIO MUSCLE faces maidens after racing in Golds three times. She should improve sharply in this spot; using. (6) SANT AMBROGGIO is improving and getting faster every race. She should close for a share here. (2) PRETTY SPECIAL took a check in a Gold race in her second start and she can land in the Tri or Super tonight.
Race 6: 2YO Colts and Geldings NW1 or $5,000 - Pick 5
(6) STONEBRIDGE BOMBER takes a big class drop here out of Golds and McNair will likely impose his will early and get him a maiden-breaking score. (3) BESHEAR trotted a nice back 1/2 in his debut and I'll use him in the multis. (8) WATCH A PRO made it into the Tri in two straight Grassroots races. He should be in the exotics mix again tonight despite drawing widest. (7) THUNDEROUSLY’s debut was decent but his driver has failed to hit the board in all 12 drives here so far in 2022; for the bottom of the Super only.
Race 7: NW $10,000 L5 or $20,000 L10 or NW2 L10 AE: Starters for a purse of $16K or less L4 AE: 4YO mares - Pick 4
(6) PEMBERTON looked like the best version of himself in the back 1/2 last week when Henry took the lines and he added trotting hopples but he came up just short. Expect a more aggressive drive at a miniscule price tonight. (3) HP ROYAL THEO raced great from post 10 to just miss in this class last week and he should be an Exacta factor here. (4) ALLL WRAPPED UP is in solid form and he picks up the leading driver with Henry opting for the choice. He should close for another good share tonight. (1) KAMERAN HANOVER should sit in and pass a few of these late to get a small slice.
Race 8: 2YO Fillies NW1 or $6,200 LT
(7) REGGAE HANOVER should be sharper tonight racing on a 7-day rotation and she gets top billing. (2) NO SOUP TONIGHT is back with maidens after leading Gold fillies to the stretch at Grand River. She is in with a shot in here. (5) FREESTARFLIGHT is another threat coming off a good debut effort and drawing well; using. (3) MAPLE is around the money most weeks. Sits and rallies for a share.

Race 9: Horses that have started for a purse of $15,000 or less in 1 of L4
(1) MACHO MARTINI got off the schneid as expected last week and he gets the call to repeat considering how sharp he is now. (9) COOL MUSCLE won for the 7th time with Young driving (against no losses) but he loses that driver tonight; your call. (3) ARRAKIS needed to find room earlier last week. He is in with an upset chance here considering he is likely to leave better in this spot. (6) MUSCLE FASHION is typically a good one to use underneath. He should take another share here.
Race 10: CLM HDCP $22,000 to $30,000
(6) ALLGONOWHOA should go better in this second start in the bike and Henry should be blasting with him. He could lead these all the way. (4) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ is one of those veterans that goes in and out of form and last week's much-improved effort indicates he is ready to peak. He should get pace to chase here; using. (2) CENTURY GIGALO is hard to toss racing off the Auciello claim with Macdonald in the bike. (1) PARTYINTHESHADOWS hit the board in both starts since being claimed and he is worth using underneath at a price here. (3) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP took advantage of a faltering late pace to get the job done last week. I prefer to use him underneath in this spot.
